Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Genel Kurulu\u2019nu 24-25 Eyl\u00fcl tarihlerinde Ankara\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Genel kurulda ya\u015fanan tart\u0131\u015fmalar, kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin emek hareketini t\u00fcmleyen niteli\u011finin TMMOB taraf\u0131ndan hen\u00fcz kavranamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Yeni d\u00f6nem y\u00f6netiminin belirlendi\u011fi ve ge\u00e7en may\u0131s sonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ola\u011fan genel kurulda \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn politikas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin karar \u00f6nergelerinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclememesi \u00fczerine bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurula havale edilmi\u015fti. \u00dccretli ve \u0130\u015fsiz M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 (MM\u015eP) Kurultay\u0131 ile Kad\u0131n MM\u015eP Kurultay\u0131\u2019nda al\u0131nan kararlara ili\u015fkin tart\u0131\u015fmalar ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurula damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu. Erkek egemen bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda e\u015fitsizli\u011fe maruz kalan kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131 kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131mak isteyince burada da erkek egemenli\u011finin direnci ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurulda esas olarak TMMOB\u2019deki kad\u0131n temsiliyetinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7may\u0131 hedefleyen kararlar ile kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 taleplerin \u00fcretilebilece\u011fi mekanizmalara d\u00f6n\u00fck kararlardan olu\u015fan \u00f6nergelerin tamam\u0131 TMMOB i\u00e7erisinde ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeye yol a\u00e7acak kararlar olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u2018Kad\u0131nlar \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc TMMOB Daha G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u2019 slogan\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen TMMOB Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131 ve bu kurultayda \u00fcretilen kararlar \u2018TMMOB\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde hi\u00e7bir engel yok, bizler zaten bunun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7an \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yoruz, \u00a0bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 destekliyoruz\u2019 \u015feklinde tekrarlanan aleyhte konu\u015fmalarla birlikte usul ve erkan \u00f6\u011freten bir tarz d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kamadan bir bir reddedildi. B\u00f6ylece erkek egemen toplumsal ya\u015famda ikincil pozisyonda kalan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve \u00f6zy\u00f6netim konusunda ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yacak \u00f6rg\u00fct modelleri reddedildi.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak \u00f6nerilen TMMOB Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu \u00f6nergesi TMMOB usullerine, t\u00fcz\u00fck ve y\u00f6netmeliklerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle reddedildi. Tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n en fazla ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131lan kad\u0131nlara TMMOB kurullar\u0131nda %35 kota uygulamas\u0131 ile ilgili karar \u00f6nergesi, lehte konu\u015fmalara bile kulak kesilmedi\u011fi u\u011fultulu bir atmosferde reddedildi. \u00a0Erkek egemen iradenin kad\u0131nlarla ilgili \u00f6nergelerin tamam\u0131nda belirleyici olmas\u0131 sebebiyle kad\u0131n delegelerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 salonu terk ederken geride kalan kad\u0131n kurultay\u0131 \u00f6nergeleri neredeyse kad\u0131n delegeler olmadan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f oldu.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurulda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan bu tablo TMMOB\u2019de iki temel eksen &#8211; \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli bir gelecek m\u00fccadelesi ile kad\u0131n meslekta\u015flar\u0131n ayr\u0131ca cinsiyetlerinden dolay\u0131 maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131racak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131- etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen yenilenme talebine kar\u015f\u0131 bir diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stergesiydi. TMMOB\u2019de y\u00f6netim kademelerinde yer alan ve delegasyonu da b\u00f6ylece belirleyen egemen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yine TMMOB\u2019deki \u2018dengeler\u2019 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla koruyabildi\u011fini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurdu\u011fumuz zaman, bu dengeleri bozacak herhangi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6sterilen diren\u00e7 \u2018anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r\u2019 oluyor. TMMOB\u2019deki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, kad\u0131n hareketlerinin tamam\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve demokratik \u00f6rg\u00fctleni\u015fiyle paralel bir \u00e7izgide seyrederken git gide daha anti demokratik uygulamalar\u0131n t\u0131rmand\u0131\u011f\u0131, y\u00f6netim kurulundaki ki\u015filerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma programlar\u0131n\u0131 belirler hale geldi\u011fi TMMOB i\u00e7in tam bir tezatl\u0131k olu\u015fturuyor.
