Zorunlu BES\u2019e 1 Ocak 2017 itibar\u0131yla i\u015fyerlerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re kademeli ge\u00e7i\u015fler ba\u015flad\u0131. Zorunlu olarak sisteme ilk dahil edilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sistemden \u00e7\u0131kabilmeleri i\u00e7in say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnler kala Politeknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131na \u2018BES\u2019ten \u00c7\u0131k\u2019 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bir \u2018Hay\u0131r\u2019 da Zorunlu BES\u2019e gelsin<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130\u015fsizlik, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri k\u0131skac\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar Zorunlu BES ile kand\u0131r\u0131lmak istense de 1 Ocak\u2019ta 1000 ve \u00fczeri i\u015f\u00e7iyle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar zorla sisteme dahil olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen sistemden \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. 1 Nisan 2017\u2019de ikinci kademe sisteme dahil edilecek. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k referandumu her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n da ilk g\u00fcndemi.
