Kaputa\u015f plaj\u0131nda ise beton m\u00fcdahale \u2018hukuka uygun\u2019 bulundu.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/antalya_k.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"389\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/antalya_k.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24525\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin Ka\u015f\u2019\u0131 ranta a\u00e7acak imar plan\u0131, 31 yurtta\u015f\u0131n bir araya gelerek a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada Antalya 4. \u0130dare Mahkemesi\u2019nin verdi\u011fi kararla iptal edildi.<br \/>\nMahkemenin talebiyle haz\u0131rlanan bilirki\u015fi raporunda belediyenin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1\/25 binlik imra plan\u0131n\u0131n mek\u00e2nsal plan kararlar\u0131yla uyu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, pek \u00e7ok S\u0130T ve orman alan\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6zel \u00e7evre kararlar\u0131 ile de uyumsuz oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda imar plan\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal \u00e7evre ve arkeolojik koruma alanlar\u0131n\u0131 tahribata u\u011frataca\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131rken 1\/100 bin \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00e7evre d\u00fczeni plan\u0131yla kaplumba\u011fa yuvalama b\u00f6lgesinin turizm tesis alan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki do\u011fal ya\u015fama zarar verece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilirki\u015fi raporunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alan mahkeme de uygulanmas\u0131 halinde telafisi g\u00fc\u00e7 zararlar do\u011fabilece\u011finden daha \u00f6nce y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma karar\u0131 verdi\u011fi davada imar plan\u0131n\u0131 iptal etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaputa\u015f Plaj\u0131 ise tehlikede<\/strong><br \/>\nKa\u015f\u2019ta bulunan ve D\u00fcnyan\u0131n say\u0131l\u0131 plajlar\u0131ndan biri olan Kaputa\u015f\u2019ta ise mahkeme belediyenin plaja m\u00fcdahalesini mevzuata uygun buldu.
