Zorunlu BES\u2019e 1 Ocak tarihinde ilk kademede dahil edilen 1,8 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n, 974 bini (%54) sistemden sistemden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/bes_manset_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"389\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/bes_manset_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24780\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n zorunlu dahil edildi\u011fi ve \u00fccretlerinden kesintiler yaparak &#8216;birikim, tasarruf&#8217; ad\u0131yla sermayeye kaynak aktar\u0131m\u0131 yapan Zorunlu Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi&#8217;nde ikinci kademe 1 Nisan\u2019da ba\u015fl\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fyerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re kademeli uygulanan Zorunlu BES&#8217;e 1 Nisan&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 1000\u2019den az, 250 ve \u00fczeri olan i\u015fyerleri ve kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 dahil edilecek. 2,5 milyon kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ve 1,5 milyon \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olmak \u00fczere toplam 4 milyon ki\u015fi sisteme zorla eklenmi\u015f olacak. <\/p>\n<p>Zorunlu BES d\u00fczenlemesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan gelecek tepkileri azaltmak ad\u0131na kademelendirilmi\u015fti.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/sistemden_cikis_tarihleri.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/sistemden_cikis_tarihleri.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24774\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130lk kademede sisteme dahil edilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %54\u2019\u00fc sistemden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nZorunlu Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi\u2019ne (BES) ilk kademede 1 Ocak itibar\u0131yla dahil edilen 1,8 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n 974 bini sistemden kay\u0131ps\u0131z ayr\u0131lma s\u00fcresi olan 2 ay i\u00e7inde sistemden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %54\u2019\u00fc sigorta \u015firketlerine, sermayeye kaynak aktar\u0131m\u0131 yapan zorunlu \u00fccret kesintisine son #Hay\u0131r demi\u015f oldu. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/calisanlar-zorunlu-bese-hayir-dedi-t-sistemden-cikti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar Zorunlu BES\u2019e #Hay\u0131r dedi: %54 sistemden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zorunlu BES nedir?<\/strong><br \/>\nZorunlu BES uygulamas\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan her ay, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik primine esas br\u00fct kazanc\u0131n %3\u2019\u00fc kadar kesinti yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccreti alan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, ayl\u0131k 105 TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131p, 56 ya\u015f ve 10 y\u0131l ko\u015fulunu tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, devlet katk\u0131s\u0131 ile beraber ancak ve ancak 130-140 TL bir \u00fccret alabiliyor.
