Zonguldak\u2019ta T\u00fcrkiye Ta\u015fk\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc Kurumu (TTK) Kozlu M\u00fcessesesi maden oca\u011f\u0131nda 2013\u2019te 8 i\u015f\u00e7inin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmesiyle sonu\u00e7lanan i\u015f cinayetinin ba\u015f sorumlusu olarak yarg\u0131lanan M\u00fcessese M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kaz\u0131m Ero\u011flu\u2019nu, TTK\u2019ye vekaleten genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr olarak atad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilirki\u015fi raporuna g\u00f6re kusurlu<\/strong><br \/>\nKozlu\u2019da 7 Ocak 2013\u2019te yerin 630 metre alt\u0131nda ani metal gaz\u0131 p\u00fcsk\u00fcrmesi sonucu meydana gelen patlamada ta\u015feron firmada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 8 maden i\u015f\u00e7isi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi. Aralar\u0131nda Kozlu M\u00fcessese M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kaz\u0131m Ero\u011flu\u2019nun da oldu\u011fu 10 yetkili hakk\u0131nda \u201ctaksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme sebebiyet vermek\u201d su\u00e7undan 15 y\u0131la kadar hapis istemiyle dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Zonguldak 1. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen davan\u0131n son duru\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc defa bilirki\u015fi raporu al\u0131nd\u0131. Raporda ta\u015feron firma yetkilileri asli kusurlu, Kozlu M\u00fcessese yetkilileri ise tali kusurlu bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kozlu\u2019daki \u201caile \u015fefkati\u201d s\u00fcrecek!<\/strong><br \/>\nEnerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise Ero\u011flu\u2019nu \u00f6d\u00fcllendirdi. Bakanl\u0131k, 11 ayd\u0131r TTK Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revini vekaleten y\u00fcr\u00fcten Ercan Gebe\u015f\u2019in yerine Ero\u011flu\u2019un atad\u0131. Devir teslim t\u00f6reniyle g\u00f6revi devralan Ero\u011flu \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>Toplamda bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman 31 y\u0131ll\u0131k kurumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrem var. Kozlu\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde \u2018Kozlu M\u00fcessesi ailesi fertleri\u2019 diye hitap ediyordum. Bundan sonraki hitap \u015feklimiz de\u011fi\u015fecek, \u2018TTK Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ailesinin fertleri\u2019 diye hitap edece\u011fiz. Aile bireylerim tabiri yerindeyse daha da fazlala\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu.
