Toplant\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 saatte Hem\u015fin Belediye Salonu\u2019ndaki yerini alan Hem\u015fin halk\u0131, Mars Enerji firmas\u0131 yetkilileri ve \u00c7evre Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revlileri sunuma ba\u015flad\u0131ktan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra sloganlarla protesto ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek toplant\u0131y\u0131 terk etti. Firma yetkililerinden projeyi iptal etmelerini ve il\u00e7elerini terk etmelerini isteyen Hem\u015finlilerin salonu terk etmesi \u00fczerine firma yetkilileri ve \u00c7evre Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revlileri, halk kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde rapor tutarak toplant\u0131y\u0131 iptal etmek zorunda kald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u201cHem\u015fin&#8217;de \u00fc\u00e7 adet. Rize&#8217;de ise 94 adet HES yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n planlanmas\u0131 bilime, planlama kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d denildi.
