Bu uygulama ile\u00a0 \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011fretim  haklar\u0131 ellerinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve yarg\u0131s\u0131z infaz yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bilimsel,  demokratik, \u00f6zerk ve paras\u0131z \u00f6\u011fretim hakk\u0131 isteyen \u00f6\u011frenciler yaka pa\u00e7a  g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, haklar\u0131nda soru\u015fturmalar a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fcniversitelerden  uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ki\u015filerin en temel hakk\u0131 olan ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin  k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131n\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesini, hak arama\u00a0  ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme m\u00fccadelelerinin bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn  de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bu t\u00fcr hukuksuz uygulamalar ne yaz\u0131k ki \u00fclke  genelindeki pek \u00e7ok \u00fcniversitede normal hale gelmi\u015ftir. 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980  askeri y\u00f6netiminin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan Y\u00d6K, ger\u00e7ek kimli\u011fini bir kez daha  &#8220;\u00fcniversite yerle\u015fkelerinde polislere yer verilmesi&#8221; talimat\u0131yla ortaya  koymu\u015ftur.
