{"id":25466,"date":"2017-06-02T16:01:25","date_gmt":"2017-06-02T13:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/politeknik.org.tr\/\/?p=25466"},"modified":"2019-01-28T22:04:15","modified_gmt":"2019-01-28T19:04:15","slug":"kuresel-beyaz-yakali-konferansi-yapildi-orgutlenme-acil-ihtiyac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/kuresel-beyaz-yakali-konferansi-yapildi-orgutlenme-acil-ihtiyac\/","title":{"rendered":"K\u00fcresel Beyaz Yakal\u0131 Konferans\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131: \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme acil ihtiya\u00e7*"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>IndustriALL K\u00fcresel Sendikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 18 \u00fclkeden \u00fcyeleri, 19-20 Nisan 2017\u2019de, D\u00fcnya Beyaz Yakal\u0131 Konferans\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019nin Cenevre \u015fehrinde bir araya geldi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/kuresel-beyazyakali-konferansi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"278\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/kuresel-beyazyakali-konferansi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25467\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>28 sendikadan 22\u2019si kad\u0131n 52 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 \u00f6zellikle end\u00fcstrinin artan bir \u015fekilde otomatize oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin \u00f6neminin fark\u0131nda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ettiler.<\/p>\n<p>Frans\u0131z metal i\u015f\u00e7ileri federasyonu CFE-CGC\u2019den e\u015f ba\u015fkan Anne-Catherine Cudennec \u201cSendikalar t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131, \u00f6zellikle de dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nemde\u201d diyerek konunun \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130sve\u00e7 sendikas\u0131 Unionen\u2019dan Martin Linder i\u015fe \u015fu s\u00f6zleri ekledi \u201cbeyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 gittik\u00e7e artmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 sendikalar\u0131m\u0131zda \u00f6rg\u00fctlemezsek ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamay\u0131z\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ek olarak toplant\u0131da teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn mavi ve beyaz yakal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 bulan\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finildi. Filipinler, ALU\u2019dan Jay Albarece \u201cmavi ve beyaz yakal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ileri ay\u0131rm\u0131yoruz\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle konuya katk\u0131da bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiliz sendikas\u0131 Unite\u2019den Steve Kerr ise daha \u00f6nce genel olarak mavi yakal\u0131lar\u0131 etkileyen konular\u0131n art\u0131k beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131 da etkiledi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTarihsel olarak sendikalar mavi yakal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerle daha ilgililer, benim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcmdeki profesyonel m\u00fchendislerle de\u011fil mesela\u201d. Bu durum mavi yakal\u0131 i\u015fler maliyetlerin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu \u00fclkelere kayd\u0131k\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015fti. \u015eimdi ise profesyonel i\u015flerin Do\u011fu Avrupa gibi daha ucuz \u00fclkelere gitti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Daha \u00f6nce beyaz yakal\u0131lar i\u015fsizli\u011fin onlar\u0131 etkileyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmedikleri i\u00e7in \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye gerek de duymad\u0131lar. \u015eimdi ise etkilemektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kimi \u00fclkelerde beyaz yakal\u0131lar sendikala\u015fman\u0131n  kendileri i\u00e7in faydalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Moritanya, Kimyasal \u00dcretim ve Ba\u011fl\u0131 Ticaret \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Sendikas\u0131ndan Mohumad Reeaz Chuttoo bu konuda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBeyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar sendikan\u0131n mavi yakal\u0131lar i\u00e7in daha iyi \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce sendikaya \u00fcye olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beyaz yakal\u0131larda bask\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 beyaz yakal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik konular\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Bunlar psikolojik zorlamaya maruz kalma, t\u00fckenmi\u015flik ve konu\u015fma korkusu gibi konular\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. Mesela Japonya\u2019da fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bir \u00f6l\u00fcm kal\u0131m meselesi. Beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar o kadar uzun saatler \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar ki ya kendi canlar\u0131na k\u0131y\u0131yor ya da yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131lana kadar i\u015f ba\u015f\u0131ndalar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6rg\u00fctlenmede zorluklar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konferans kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin zorluklar\u0131 konusunda bir\u00e7ok konuyu dile getirdi. Hem Fransa hem de \u0130ngiltere sendika temsilcileri \u00e7ok uluslu firmalar\u0131n insan kaynaklar\u0131 departmanlar\u0131n\u0131n sendikalar\u0131 oyun d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in i\u015f yerinde kontrol\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irme yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdiklerini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer problemler ise sendikalar\u0131n imaj sorunu ve beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131 hedefleyecek yap\u0131ya sahip olmamak olarak tarif edildi. Martin Linder konuyla ilgili \u015fu bilgiyi aktard\u0131: \u201cBiz gen\u00e7 beyaz yakal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilere neden sendikaya kat\u0131lmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sorduk. \u00c7o\u011fu \u2018bana hi\u00e7 soran olmad\u0131\u2019 dedi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcney Afrika Giyim ve Tekstil \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerinin Sendikas\u0131ndan Simon Eppel \u015f\u00f6yle ekledi: \u201cBizim her i\u015f yerinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar beyaz yakal\u0131 olsun, mavi yakal\u0131 olsun fark etmez, makul i\u015f ili\u015fkilerine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Ayn\u0131 sendika ya da farkl\u0131 bir sendika da olabilir, ama i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde olmal\u0131lar. Herkes \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeli ve beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sendika temsilcileri ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00f6rneklerini payla\u015ft\u0131lar ve \u00fcyelik oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap vermenin \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131lar. Mesela \u015fikayetlere cevap vermek, hukuki destek ve maa\u015f m\u00fczakeresi ALU\u2019nun Filipinler\u2019de beyaz yakal\u0131lara \u00f6nerdikleri aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Kerr ise \u201cE\u011fer biz beyaz yakal\u0131lara ne \u00f6nerece\u011fimiz konusunda uzmanla\u015f\u0131rsak onlar\u0131 daha iyi \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebiliriz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ek olarak Finlandiya, Almanya ve Bel\u00e7ika\u2019daki di\u011fer sendikalar ise \u00fcye \u00e7ekme yar\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sunduklar\u0131 hizmetleri ve gelece\u011fin beyaz yakal\u0131s\u0131 olacak gen\u00e7lere sunduklar\u0131 kariyer tavsiyelerini anlatt\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar gen\u00e7ler, kad\u0131nlar ve az\u0131nl\u0131klara eri\u015fim konusunda daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00e7aba gereklili\u011fi \u00fczerinde hem fikir oldular.   <\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar End\u00fcstri 4.0, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve Just Transition gibi yeni ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan konulara daha \u00e7ok e\u011filmek gerekti\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde vurgulad\u0131lar. Ayr\u0131ca beyaz yakal\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7inde becerikli bir ileti\u015fimin ve a\u011f kurman\u0131n gere\u011fi \u00fczerinde anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aksiyon plan\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar IndustriALL\u2019un sekt\u00f6rdeki aksiyon plan\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerde bulundular. Bu plan IndustriALL\u2019un 5 stratejik amac\u0131 ile uyum i\u00e7inde uygulanacak; belli bir zamanlama ile grup taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilecek ve onaylanacak. \u0130lk ad\u0131m, aksiyonun ne \u00fczerine kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kapsaml\u0131 haritaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olacak.  <\/p>\n<p>Son olarak IndustriALL genel sekreter yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Atle H\u00f8ie \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00fcnya konferans\u0131 IndustriALL\u2019un beyaz yaka<br \/>\nb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 oldu. \u00c7ok faydal\u0131 sunumlar ve ayd\u0131nlat\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\ntart\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u00dcyelerimizin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme i\u00e7in beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konusunda<br \/>\narzusu \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc. Beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n sendikalara mavi yakal\u0131lar kadar ihtiyac\u0131<br \/>\nvar. Hepimiz ayn\u0131 k\u00fcresel sendikal hareketin bir par\u00e7as\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>IndustriALL K\u00fcresel Sendikas\u0131<\/strong> (IndustriALL Global Union)<\/p>\n<p>IndustriALL K\u00fcresel Sendikas\u0131 140 \u00fclkede, maden, enerji ve \u00fcretim sekt\u00f6rlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, 50 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iyi temsil eden bir sendikad\u0131r.
