Turhan, kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Umuttepe T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Hastanesi\u2019nde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. \u00dcniversitedeki ilk y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 yeni tamamlam\u0131\u015f olan Turhan, teknik olarak uygun olmayan al\u00e7\u0131pan zemin d\u00f6\u015femesinin yurtta kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle i\u015f cinayetinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 birinci derece sorumlu<\/strong><br \/>\nAl\u00e7\u0131pan gibi y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck malzemelerin \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fey y\u00fck binebilecek zeminlerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 uygun de\u011fil. Ancak yurtlar\u0131n denetimi yeterince yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yurtlarda teknik skandallar nedeniyle \u00f6l\u00fcmler devam ediyor. Turhan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden birinci derece sorumlu ise yurt y\u00f6netimi, yurt sahibi ve yurtlar\u0131 denetlemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Alada\u011f yurt katliam\u0131 sonras\u0131nda \u00d6zel \u00d6\u011frenci Bar\u0131nma Hizmetleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi \u015feklinde ad\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilen yurt y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re yurtlar\u0131 denetlemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc ba\u015fta Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere, yerel y\u00f6netimler, valilikler hala \u00f6\u011frenci yurtlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli olmas\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirmiyor.
