Daha sonra 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 7 Haziran ile 1 Kas\u0131m se\u00e7imleri aras\u0131nda kurulan ge\u00e7ici h\u00fck\u00fcmetin Enerji Bakan\u0131 Ali R\u0131za Alaboyun, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lacak \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc n\u00fckleer santral i\u00e7in \u0130\u011fneada b\u00f6lgesinin planland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda \u0130\u011fneada, o g\u00fcnlerde hem se\u00e7im kozu olarak kullan\u0131lmak, hem de ili\u015fkilerin gerildi\u011fi Rusya\u2019ya n\u00fckleer \u00fczerinden alternatifsiz olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n mesaj\u0131n\u0131 vermek i\u00e7in \u0130\u011fneada\u2019n\u0131n ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gayet a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019da bu hafta yap\u0131lan D\u00fcnya Petrol Kongresi\u2019nde Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan, her ne kadar yer ad\u0131 zikretmese de, III. n\u00fckleer santralle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u011fneada\u2019da nas\u0131l e\u015fsiz bir do\u011fal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bulundu\u011fu herkesin malumu. \u0130\u011fneada Longoz Ormanlar\u0131 Milli Park\u0131 ile ilgili Orman ve Su \u0130\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kendi sitesinde yer alan ifadeler \u015f\u00f6yle: \u201c3155 hektarl\u0131k milli park alan\u0131, Demirk\u00f6y\u2019e 25 km uzakl\u0131kta ve \u0130\u011fneada beldesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer almaktad\u0131r. Y\u0131ld\u0131z (Istranca) Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019ndan Karadeniz sahillerine do\u011fru akan derelerin ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u00fcvyonlar\u0131n birikmesi ve mevsimsel olarak sular alt\u0131nda kalmas\u0131 sonucunda milli parktaki longoz ormanlar\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Longoz tipi ormanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fcnyadaki \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6rne\u011finden biri \u0130\u011fneada ve K\u0131y\u0131k\u00f6y sahil \u015feridi ormanl\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r. Longoz (subasar) tipi ormanl\u0131k alan\u0131; k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 sularla kaplanan ormanl\u0131k aland\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada Amazon, Afrika Kongo Havzas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da bulunmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ve Bulgaristan s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda yer alan \u0130\u011fneada Longuzu, mevsimsel su basar ormanlar\u0131, batakl\u0131klar\u0131, tatl\u0131 ve tuzlu su g\u00f6lleri ve k\u0131y\u0131 kumullar\u0131n\u0131 bir arada bulunduran nadir ekosistemlerden biri.<\/p>\n<p>Kalk\u0131nma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n turizm b\u00f6lgesi ilan etti\u011fi santralin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u011fneada\u2019daki Be\u011fendik K\u00f6y\u00fc, Bulgaristan\u2019\u0131n Rezova K\u00f6y\u00fc ile s\u0131n\u0131r kom\u015fusu. \u0130ki k\u00f6y\u00fc, iki ormanl\u0131k alan\u0131 sadece bir dere ay\u0131r\u0131yor. Peki, \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da bir n\u00fckleer kaza ger\u00e7ekle\u015fse etkileri nas\u0131l olur?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u011fneada\u2019n\u0131n III. n\u00fckleer santral i\u00e7in ad\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7mesinin ard\u0131ndan \u00c7evre M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131, radyasyonlu par\u00e7ac\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 modelleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015fti. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmayla, \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan n\u00fckleer santralde bir kaza ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde \u0130stanbul\u2019un yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Trakya\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131 ile Kuzey Ege\u2019nin b\u00fcy\u00fck tehdit alt\u0131nda kalaca\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca Marmara, Bat\u0131 Karadeniz, K\u0131y\u0131 Ege ve K\u0131y\u0131 Akdeniz\u2019de olu\u015facak radyasyon bulutundan hemen etkilenece\u011fini ortaya kondu. Kaza an\u0131nda ilk etapta 300 kilometre \u00e7ap\u0131nda bir alan direkt olarak etkileniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Fukushima ya da \u00c7ernobil benzeri bir kazan\u0131n \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da ya\u015fanmas\u0131 durumunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve yak\u0131n co\u011frafyan\u0131n nas\u0131l bir risk alt\u0131nda kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in \u00c7evre M\u00fchendisleri\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma daha \u00f6nce Mersin Akkuyu ve Sinop n\u00fckleer santralleri i\u00e7in de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti. \u0130\u011fneada i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, ABD\u2019deki NOAA taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen HYSPLIT modeli kullan\u0131larak, \u0130\u011fneada\u2019dan kaynakl\u0131 bir radyoaktif serpintinin izleyece\u011fi yollar hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda b\u00f6yle bir modellemenin Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor ancak b\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yok. Bu modellemenin ne Akkuyu ne de Sinop i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da hat\u0131rlatal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 milyon ki\u015finin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 n\u00fcfus yo\u011funlu\u011funun en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede bulunmas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi en fazla etkileyen hava k\u00fctlelerinin yollar\u0131 \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u0130\u011fneada, n\u00fckleer santral i\u00e7in en riskli alanlardan birisi. Nedeni basit, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar genellikle Balkanlar \u00fczerinden geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanlar, hakim r\u00fczgar\u0131n Balkanlar\u2019dan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye do\u011fru tam \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da \u00fczerinden akt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, olas\u0131 bir kaza durumunda \u0130stanbul dahil T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7te birini bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin tamam\u0131n\u0131n birinci derecede radyoaktif serpinti riski alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
