Aradan ge\u00e7en 38 y\u0131ldan sonra m\u00fchendisler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri ve i\u015fsizlikle bo\u011fu\u015fuyor.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/b_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"389\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/b_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26712\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n, planc\u0131lar\u0131n ekonomik ve demokratik talepleri i\u00e7in 55 ilde 740 i\u015fyerinde bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015f b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 19 Eyl\u00fcl 1979 isyan\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden 38 y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti. M\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n, planc\u0131lar\u0131n emek m\u00fccadelesinin bir bile\u015feni oldu\u011funa inananlar i\u00e7in 19 Eyl\u00fcl hi\u00e7 unutulmad\u0131. Neoliberal politikalar emek alan\u0131ndaki g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi her meslek alan\u0131yla geni\u015fletti, m\u00fchendisler i\u015f g\u00fcvencesinden yoksun bir meslek mensubu haline geldi. TMMOB\u2019nin bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme paralel bir bi\u00e7imde m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki hak m\u00fccadelesini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karacak bir programla haraket etmesi fikri TMMOB\u2019de yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde, TMMOB 41. D\u00f6nem Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Genel Kurulu\u2019nda 19 Eyl\u00fcl, \u2018M\u00fchendis, Mimar, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Dayan\u0131\u015fma G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019 olarak ilan edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, i\u015fsizlik<\/strong><br \/>\nM\u00fchendisleri 38 y\u0131l \u00f6nce harekete ge\u00e7iren ko\u015fullar farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler ve i\u015fsizlik yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu\u2019nun (T\u00dc\u0130K) Mart-Haziran d\u00f6nemi hanehalk\u0131 i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011frenim mezunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 %12,2 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Politeknik M\u00fchendis Mimar \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Profil Anketi 2016 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rdeki m\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n, planc\u0131lar\u0131n %42\u2019si haftal\u0131k 46 saat ve daha fazla s\u00fcre \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. M\u00fchendislerin %24\u2019\u00fc m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccretinin alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, 30 ya\u015f alt\u0131ndaki m\u00fchendislerde bu oran %37 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu sonu\u00e7lar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerin m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in de yak\u0131c\u0131 bir sorun oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccreti<\/strong><br \/>\nTMMOB ile SGK aras\u0131nda imzalanan i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokol\u00fc ile TMMOB, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret belirlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Belirlenen asgari \u00fccret SGK\u2019ye bildiriliyordu. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle bo\u011fu\u015fan m\u00fchendisler aras\u0131nda heyecanla kar\u015f\u0131lanan protokol\u00fc SGK, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda, tek tarafl\u0131 feshetti. Fesihe kar\u015f\u0131 dava a\u00e7an TMMOB, m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret belirleme yetkisini protokolden de\u011fil yasas\u0131ndan al\u0131yor.
