Uydu foto\u011fraflar\u0131yla y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n ve mevcutta devam eden in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinin g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serildi\u011fi s\u00f6yle\u015fide, kentsel belle\u011fin yok edildi\u011fi konu\u015fuldu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te AKP\u2019nin sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla Sur\u2019da ya\u015fayan yoksul halk\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7 ettirildi\u011fi, \u2018acele kamula\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019 kararlar\u0131yla birlikte Sur\u2019un tamam\u0131n\u0131n tarihi ve sosyolojik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yok edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Belediye imar y\u00f6netmeliklerinin, UNESCO kararlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131sa bir tarih\u00e7esinin anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6yle\u015fide k\u0131sa da olsa Diyarbak\u0131r B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin tarih\u00e7esi ve kent ya\u015fam\u0131na yans\u0131yan olumlu ya da olumsuz politikalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgiler verildi. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/sur_soylesi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/sur_soylesi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27209\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nS\u00f6yle\u015fide en dikkat \u00e7ekici vurgu Sur\u2019daki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn boyutu ve y\u00f6ntemi itibari ile e\u015fi benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir kent su\u00e7unun i\u015fleniyor olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Sur\u2019da ya\u015fanan tarihi ve sosyolojik tahribat\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00fcrecin hukuksuz ilerletildi\u011fi konu\u015fuldu.
