O nedenle ben KHK \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ls\u0131n diye bast\u0131r\u0131yorum\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131. \u00d6zhaseki a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019un depreme haz\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, riskli g\u00f6r\u00fclen 600 bin konutun yenilenmesi gerekti\u011fini ve bu ama\u00e7la Avrupa ve Asya taraf\u0131nda ortalama 150-200 bin konutu i\u00e7eren proje haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenleme ile bina bazl\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden, alan bazl\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme ge\u00e7ilece\u011fini ifade eden \u00d6zhaseki, \u201c\u0130ller Bankas\u0131 \u2018kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm bankas\u0131\u2019 gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Bakanl\u0131k b\u00fcnyesindeki 21 tesis sat\u0131larak elde edilecek 2 milyar lira gelir, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme aktar\u0131lacak. Kayna\u011f\u0131n yetersiz kalmas\u0131 halinde D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131&#8217;ndan 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k kredi al\u0131p belediyelere s\u0131f\u0131r faizli, 2-3 sene \u00f6demesiz kredi verilmesi de g\u00fcndemde. Sel yataklar\u0131na in\u015fa edildikleri i\u00e7in bo\u015falt\u0131lan alanlar yol ya da sosyal donat\u0131 olacak.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
