Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi K\u00fclt\u00fcr, E\u011fitim ve Sosyal \u0130\u015fler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn teklifi \u00fczerine haz\u0131rlanan raporda Okmeydan\u0131 Ok\u00e7ular Tekkesi Avan Projesi, Karak\u00f6y Frans\u0131z Ge\u00e7idi ve Narmanl\u0131 Han Restorasyonu\u2019nu yapan mimar Sinan Genim i\u00e7in Beyo\u011flu Ni\u015fan\u0131 ve \u00dcst\u00fcn Hizmet \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc istendi.
