Kent rant\u0131n\u0131 bazen KHK\u2019larla, bazen de Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7iren iktidar bu kez \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u015ei\u015fli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan Fulya\u2019da 1,56 hektarl\u0131k alan\u0131 riskli alan ilan etti. G\u00f6kdelenlerin arkas\u0131nda kalan ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda metro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00f6lge \u0130stanbul&#8217;un emlak rant\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lge.<\/p>\n<p>Riskli alan ilan edilen b\u00f6lgede onlarca a\u011fa\u00e7 bulunuyor.
