Yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 km uzunlu\u011fundaki proje, g\u00fczergah\u0131nda bulunan, g\u00f6l, dere, do\u011fal yeralt\u0131 su ve kanallar\u0131n\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olmayacak bir \u015fekilde tahrip edecek. Proje alan\u0131 ve \u00e7evresindeki yeralt\u0131 su havzalar\u0131n\u0131 besleyen su varl\u0131klar\u0131 ise Karadeniz ve Marmara denizinin tuzlu sular\u0131n\u0131n alan\u0131 basmas\u0131 nedeniyle yava\u015f yava\u015f yok olacak. Susuzluk h\u0131zla yakla\u015fan bir tehlike haline gelecek.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/kanal-istanbul-sazlidere-koprusu-evdenhaberler.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1341\" height=\"886\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/kanal-istanbul-sazlidere-koprusu-evdenhaberler.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28221\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sazl\u0131dere yok olacak!<\/strong><br \/>\nSazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k  55 milyon m3  kapasitesiyle \u0130stanbul Avrupa Yakas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir tatl\u0131 su varl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Sazl\u0131dere Havzas\u0131\u2019nda tar\u0131m arazileri, meralar, yerle\u015fim ve sanayi alanlar\u0131, ormanl\u0131k alanlar ve baraj alan\u0131 bulunuyor. Sazl\u0131dere Havzas\u0131\u2019nda toplanan sular, terfi merkezi ve isale hatlar\u0131 ile \u0130kitelli\u2019den ar\u0131t\u0131larak Avc\u0131lar, Ba\u011fc\u0131lar, Gaziosmanpa\u015fa, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir ve Esenyurt il\u00e7elerinin su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinin hayata ge\u00e7mesiyle g\u00fczergah \u00fczerindeki Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 yok olacak. \u0130stanbul\u2019un su varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azalacak.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/e72d7a45-7fc1-4734-a49d-6b7df8fbbbbb.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/e72d7a45-7fc1-4734-a49d-6b7df8fbbbbb.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28214\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Durusu (Terkos) tehdit alt\u0131nda<\/strong><br \/>\nTerkos Havzas\u0131; yakla\u015f\u0131k 736,2 km2 alan\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul&#8217;un %20&#8217;lik su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan ikinci b\u00fcy\u00fck havzas\u0131. Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc ve civar\u0131 tatl\u0131 su-kumul ekosistemleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki en zengin floraya sahip.<\/p>\n<p>Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc \u015fehir kullan\u0131m suyunun \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nden gelen sular Terkos-Ka\u011f\u0131thane iletim hatt\u0131 sayesinde \u0130stanbul&#8217;un il\u00e7elerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc etki alan\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Terkos\u2019a s\u0131n\u0131r olarak yap\u0131lacak bir kanal\u0131n Terkos havzas\u0131n\u0131 etkilemesi olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek. Projenin hayata ge\u00e7mesiyle birlikte \u00e7evresinde planlanan yeni yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda n\u00fcfus yo\u011funlu\u011fu artacak ve Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn kirlenmesinin hatta kullan\u0131lmaz hale gelmesinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. Proje alan\u0131 \u00fczerindeki yeralt\u0131 su varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tuzlanmas\u0131 Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc de tehdit edecek. Bu durum \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in yak\u0131n gelecekte susuzluk s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacak di\u011fer bir etken. \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in hayati olan Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ndeki su i\u00e7ilemez hale gelecek.<\/p>\n<p>Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc \u00e7evresinde yo\u011fun yaprakl\u0131 ormanlar, g\u00f6l\u00fcn denizle aras\u0131ndaki kumulun durdurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sahilde \u00e7evrelenen \u00e7amlar, \u2018\u00f6nemli bitki alan\u0131\u2019 ve canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinin ya\u015fam\u0131na olanak sunan do\u011fal ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Sadece kanal\u0131n fiziki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile de\u011fil, kanal projesi etraf\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak k\u00f6pr\u00fcler, yollar, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleriyle yap\u0131lacak konutlar, i\u015f merkezleri vb. yap\u0131larla bu do\u011fal ya\u015fam alan\u0131, ekosistem bozulacak. Terkos g\u00f6l\u00fcnde ya\u015fayan \u00c7apak bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, Ak bal\u0131k, Black Sea sprat, Barbus cyclolepis, Alburnus istanbulensis t\u00fcr\u00fc bal\u0131klar yok olacak. Kaderleri Hali\u00e7 ve \u0130stanbul bo\u011faz\u0131ndaki di\u011fer bal\u0131klara benzeyecek ve beslenme zincirinde sorunlar yaratacak.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/105664800.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/105664800.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28215\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 yok olacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>101 milyon 973 bin 360 m2 tar\u0131m arazisi yok olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi g\u00fczergah\u0131 boyunca kuzeyden g\u00fcneye do\u011fru gidildik\u00e7e ormanl\u0131k alanlar, tar\u0131m arazileri ve yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fczergah boyunca Karadeniz\u2019den, Marmara Denizi\u2019ne kadar toprak yap\u0131s\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/k_1.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"599\" height=\"419\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/k_1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28213\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesinin toplam etki alan\u0131 129 milyon 344 bin 110 m2.<\/p>\n<p>Proje etki alan\u0131n\u0131n %78,83\u2019\u00fc farkl\u0131 niteliklere sahip tar\u0131m arazilerinden olu\u015fuyor. Bu alan 101 milyon 973 bin 360 m2, yani 13 bin 243 futbol sahas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir alan.<\/p>\n<p>5403 say\u0131l\u0131 Toprak Koruma ve Arazi Kullan\u0131m\u0131 Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re &#8216;mutlak tar\u0131m arazisi&#8217; olarak tan\u0131mlanan, korunmas\u0131 gereken 5 milyon 264 bin 297 m2\u2019lik tar\u0131m alan\u0131 projenin etki alan\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Yani \u0130stanbul\u2019a g\u0131da sa\u011flayan nitelikli tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 projeyle yok olacak, \u0130stanbul\u2019un g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fckselmeye devam edecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hava kirlenecek<\/strong><br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul Projesi \u00c7ED Ba\u015fvuru Dosyas\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re tahmini hafriyat miktar\u0131 1.5 milyar m3. Bu miktarda hafriyat saatte 600 kg toz emisyonu olu\u015fturabilecek. Bu, Sanayi Kaynakl\u0131 Hava Kirlili\u011fi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ndeki limit de\u011ferin 600 kat\u0131. Yani proje havay\u0131 kirletecek, halk\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019un nefesi kirlenecek, hava kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar artacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tahmin edilen toprak ve hafriyat miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re malzemeyi ta\u015f\u0131mak ve alandan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 15 m3\u2019l\u00fck kamyonlar kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 100 milyon hafriyat kamyonu seferi yap\u0131lacak. Hafriyat\u0131n 5 y\u0131l s\u00fcrece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse saatte 2 bin 283 kamyon seferi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Her bir kamyon seferinin ortalama uzunlu\u011fu ise g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 22,5 km. <\/p>\n<p>22,5 km\u2019lik 2 bin 283 kamyon seferi, Sanayi Kaynakl\u0131 Hava Kirlili\u011fi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde bir ara\u00e7 i\u00e7in belirtilen 0.35 kg\/km toz emisyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde saatte toplam 19,979 kg toz emisyonu havaya kar\u0131\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p>Saatte 2 bin 283 kamyon seferiyle 251 kg karbon monoksit emisyonu ve 168 kg k\u00fck\u00fcrt oksit emisyonu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak. Y\u0131lda 30 bin ki\u015finin hava kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, kanalla birlikte olu\u015facak kirli hava bu kay\u0131plar\u0131 artt\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca binlerce kamyonun \u0130stanbul\u2019un trafi\u011fine, yollar\u0131na getirece\u011fi y\u00fck halk\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehdit edecek. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda hafriyat ta\u015f\u0131yan kamyonlar son bir y\u0131lda 38 insan\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131na son verdi\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131!<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3havalimani-hafriyat-620x340.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"620\" height=\"340\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/3havalimani-hafriyat-620x340.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28216\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deprem ve tetiklenmi\u015f heyelan riskleri artacak!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Heyelan riski do\u011facak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul proje g\u00fczergah\u0131nda m\u00fchendislik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7mesiyle birlikte alanda heyelan, s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fma, korozyon, kire\u00e7ta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ergimesine ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck zemin g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fckleri gibi yeni zemin problemleriyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131nmas\u0131 muhtemeldir. <\/p>\n<p>Projenin en y\u00fcksek kotu 140 metre. G\u00fczergah tesis edilirken hafriyat al\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseklik farklar\u0131n\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 e\u011fim art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 nedeniyle, do\u011fal zemin mukavemet (dayan\u0131m) \u00f6zelliklerini kaybedebilecek. Do\u011fal hali zarar g\u00f6ren zeminlerde depremlerle veya yo\u011fun ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ile birlikte \u015fev-heyelan riskleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Fay hatt\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje alan\u0131 bir\u00e7ok g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc fay ile kesiliyor ve Kuzey Anadolu fay hatt\u0131na en yak\u0131n uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 15 km ve en kuzeydeki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 60 km. Olas\u0131 deprem ile birlikte olu\u015fabilecek tsunami dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n kanal g\u00fczergah\u0131na giri\u015fiyle birlikte halk deprem d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ikincil bir tehlike ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak.<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131ndaki dolgu adalar, Marmara Denizi depremi esnas\u0131nda risk alt\u0131nda olacak.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/fft107_mf5939081.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"620\" height=\"332\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/fft107_mf5939081.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28217\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130klime etkisi olacak!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marmara-Karadeniz su dengisi bozulacak<\/strong><br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul deniz ekosistemine, Karadeniz-Marmara dengesine ve iklime etki edecek. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n su ak\u0131\u015f d\u00fczenini bozacak. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Karadeniz ve Marmara Denizi giri\u015fleri aras\u0131nda 0.30 metre kot (y\u00fckseklik) fark\u0131 bulunuyor. Bu nedenle y\u00fczeyde Karadeniz\u2019den Marmara Denizi\u2019ne do\u011fru bir ak\u0131nt\u0131 mevcut. Bo\u011faz\u0131n alt\u0131nda ise iki deniz aras\u0131 yo\u011funluk fark\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Marmara\u2019dan Karadeniz\u2019e ters ak\u0131nt\u0131 var. Kanal \u0130stanbul ile birlikte denizler aras\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f dengesi de\u011fi\u015febilece\u011fi i\u00e7in, \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda farkl\u0131 yo\u011funluklar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu katmanl\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f d\u00fczeni bozulabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ortalama \u00fcst katman ak\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki % 3&#8217;l\u00fck bir art\u0131\u015f bo\u011faz sular\u0131n\u0131n desarj miktar\u0131n\u0131 Sakarya Nehri gibi orta boy bir nehir desarj\u0131n\u0131n 3 kat\u0131 kadar artt\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>Karadeniz\u2019den Marmara\u2019ya a\u00e7\u0131lacak ikinci su yolu Karadeniz\u2019den Marmara\u2019ya daha fazla suyun akmas\u0131na neden olacak. Avrupa K\u0131tas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n at\u0131klar\u0131yla kirlenen ve biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Tuna, Dinyaper nehirlerin Karadeniz\u2019e akan sular\u0131 Marmara Denizi\u2019ne daha b\u00fcy\u00fck hacimlerde akacak, Marmara denizi kirlenecek, \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fecek. Su kalitesinin k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesi Marmara deniziyle birlikte kom\u015fu denizlerin (Ege, Akdeniz) belirli \u0131s\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131nda olu\u015fan dengesini ve ekosistemlerini tehdit edecek.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/turkey-a2003176-0900-250m.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"3600\" height=\"2800\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/turkey-a2003176-0900-250m.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28218\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Marmara\u2019dan Karadeniz y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ilerleyen ters ak\u0131nt\u0131 tabakas\u0131nda da art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek. Marmara Denizi&#8217;nin besin a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin olan alt katmanl\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n artan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Karadeniz&#8217;deki su katmanlar\u0131n\u0131-i\u00e7 ak\u0131nt\u0131 d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirme potansiyeli olu\u015fabilecek. <\/p>\n<p>Denizler aras\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f katmanlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zellikle de uzun vadeli etkileri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde hafife al\u0131namaz. \u00d6zellikle kom\u015fu denizlerin ve \u00f6zellikle de Karadeniz&#8217;in nesli t\u00fckenmekte olan ekosistemleri k\u0131sa vadede bile zarar g\u00f6recek.<\/p>\n<p>Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131na d\u00f6k\u00fclecek milyonlarca m3 hafriyat k\u0131y\u0131 boyu boyunca dalga etkisi ile ta\u015f\u0131narak Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ekolojik olarak bozulmas\u0131na, Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131n dolmas\u0131na neden olacak.<br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul projesi \u00c7ED ba\u015fvuru dosyas\u0131nda belirtilen 22,5 milyon m2\u2018lik 10 yeni ada Marmara Denizi\u2019nin ak\u0131nt\u0131 d\u00fczenini etkileyecek bir ba\u015fka etken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hafriyat nereye gidecek? <\/strong><br \/>\nVerilen koordinatlar \u00fczerinden Marmara\u2019ya yap\u0131lacak 3 grup adan\u0131n her birinin aras\u0131nda bo\u015fluk olmasa dahi, her bir grup adan\u0131n kendi i\u00e7 mesafeleri doldurulsa  bile, Karadeniz\u2019e yap\u0131lacak dolgu alan\u0131 ile beraber, deniz seviyesinden ortalama 3 m y\u00fcksekli\u011fe kadar dolduruldu\u011funda 1.35 milyar m3\u2019l\u00fck dolgu malzemesi kullan\u0131lacak. <\/p>\n<p>Oysa \u00c7ED raporunda 1.5 milyar m3 hafriyat, 115 milyon m3 dip tarama malzemesinin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve ada gruplar\u0131n\u0131n kendi i\u00e7inde dolgusuz alanlardan  in\u015fa edilece\u011fi belirtiliyor.
