B\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6nemde, meslek odam\u0131z\u0131n metinde belirtti\u011fimiz ilkeler ekseninde tutum almas\u0131na, i\u015f\u00e7i mimar\u0131 g\u00f6zetmesine, bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme alan\u0131 olarak y\u00f6nelmesine niyet ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Dayan\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 Taban\u2019 ne demek?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dayan\u0131\u015fma&#8221; i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemin belki de en belirgin ihtiyac\u0131 ve bizi motive eden en kuvvetli ifade. &#8220;Taban&#8221; ise \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin zeminin olu\u015fturan kesim; daha net bir tan\u0131mla \u00fcye \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu olu\u015fturan \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ya da i\u015fsiz mimarlar. Oda politikalar\u0131na taban\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve onun \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerinden y\u00f6n vermeyi hedefliyoruz. Bunu yaparken de belirtti\u011fimiz gibi olmazsa olmaz\u0131m\u0131z dayan\u0131\u015fma ve daha kalabal\u0131k bir \u00e7oklukla ileti\u015fim.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nEkibinizde kimler var? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015fimi ba\u015flatan ekibin i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 alanlarda (kent hareketleri, akademik sorunlar, kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi, \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan haklar\u0131 gibi) m\u00fccadelesine devam eden arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oda y\u00f6netiminde yer etmi\u015f meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, kendi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ofisi olan, yeni mezun olan, doktora ya da y\u00fcksek lisans \u00f6\u011frencisi olan akademide \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam eden \u00fcyeler var. A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mimarlar\u0131z. Hepimizin hedefi de bu bile\u015feni daha da farkl\u0131 alanlardan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ile bizi bir araya getiren prensiplerden sapmadan geni\u015fletebilmek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yak\u0131n zamanda yay\u0131nlanan 8 \u015fubenin ortak deklarasyonunda da sizin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f metninizde de\u011findi\u011finiz \u201ctabandan kopuk olma\u201d vurgusu var. Sizi bu yakla\u015f\u0131mdan farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ran \u015fey nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan meslek odam\u0131z\u0131n tabandan kopuk olmamas\u0131 politik bir kavray\u0131\u015fla sa\u011flanabilir. Bunun yolu da oday\u0131 olu\u015fturan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, bizlerin sorunlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik politikalar\u0131n en az kente dair politikalar kadar \u00f6nemsenmesinden ge\u00e7iyor.<br \/>\nAlt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek istiyoruz \u201coda siyaset yapmas\u0131n\u201d s\u00f6ylemi hi\u00e7bir ko\u015fulda bizim s\u00f6ylemimiz de\u011fil.  Biz bug\u00fcn\u00fc yorumlarken en temel ihtiyac\u0131, kent m\u00fccadelesine d\u00f6n\u00fck politikalar\u0131n meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlarla birlikte ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilen politikalar\u0131n oday\u0131 meslekta\u015flar\u0131 ile yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunuyoruz. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Se\u00e7imlerde aday m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? Aday belirlemede a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131ktan, \u015feffafl\u0131ktan bahsediyorsunuz, bunu hangi y\u00f6ntemle sa\u011flayacaks\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bizi bir araya getiren ilkeleri metinde a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla yazd\u0131k ve en geni\u015f bile\u015fene ula\u015farak geli\u015ftirmek istedik. Bu \u00e7abam\u0131z halen devam ediyor. 45. D\u00f6nem Mimarlar Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul \u015eube Y\u00f6netimi\u2019ne de bu ilkeler do\u011frultusunda aday\u0131z. Y\u00f6netim kurulunda g\u00f6rev almas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fimiz listeyi de en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sizlerle payla\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Oda se\u00e7imlerinde h\u00fck\u00fcmete yak\u0131n gruplar\u0131n bir olas\u0131l\u0131k olarak se\u00e7ime girmeleri durumunda, demokrat oylar\u0131n iki farkl\u0131 liste ile b\u00f6l\u00fcnece\u011fi endi\u015feleri s\u0131k\u00e7a dile getiriliyor. Bu konuda ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gerek TMMOB\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 di\u011fer meslek odalar\u0131nda gerek de odam\u0131zda, bahsedilen gruplar\u0131n se\u00e7imlere girmesi olas\u0131d\u0131r. Her ne kadar yak\u0131n zamanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek genel kurulumuz i\u00e7in bu g\u00fcne kadar b\u00f6ylesi bir duyum alm\u0131\u015f olmasak da yine de bu tarz giri\u015fimler i\u00e7in demokratlar aras\u0131 \u00f6n se\u00e7imi pek \u00e7ok odada uygulanan bir y\u00f6ntem olarak savunuyor ve \u00f6neriyoruz.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f metnimizde de a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a yaz\u0131yor ama bu vesile ile hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015f olal\u0131m: Meslek odam\u0131z\u0131 gerici s\u00f6ylem ve uygulamalardan koruman\u0131 yeg\u00e2ne yolunun kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve \u015feffaf bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7ti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Se\u00e7im d\u00f6nemlerinde \u00f6n se\u00e7im ve bunun gibi alternatifler de\u011ferlendirilmeden \u201c2. liste olmas\u0131n\u201d demek demokrasiyi k\u0131s\u0131tlamak anlam\u0131na gelir ki bu demokratlar\u0131n kullanaca\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00f6ylem olamaz. Bu s\u00f6ylemi gericilik kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 bir s\u00f6ylemin gerek\u00e7esiyle birle\u015ftirmenin de durumu farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Olas\u0131 bir gerici m\u00fcdahalede demokratlar aras\u0131 \u00f6n se\u00e7im yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mevcut y\u00f6netimden sizi farkl\u0131 k\u0131lan nedir? \u0130nsanlar neden size oy vermeli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biz bug\u00fcne kadar mevcut y\u00f6netimin yapmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmaktan \u00e7ok kendi irademizi ve program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011fil iddiam\u0131z\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 her zaman tercih ediyoruz. Prati\u011fimizin de bunu g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Meslek hayat\u0131na yeni at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, serbest \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bize oy vermeli, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz en temel g\u00fcndemimizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131m\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorunlar\u0131 nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6zeriz konusuna ay\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Odan\u0131n t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fi ile bu konuya nas\u0131l dahil olabilece\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u0131srarla duruyoruz. Kad\u0131n ve LGBT+ mimarlar bize oy vermeli \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz i\u015f ilanlar\u0131ndan g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na ayr\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6ylem ve pratiklerin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ne yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00fcndemimize al\u0131yoruz. Kent m\u00fccadelesine g\u00f6n\u00fcl vermi\u015f meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bize oy vermeli \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz bu m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fcterek s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz.Bu m\u00fccadelede \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan meslektaslarimizin g\u00f6revi devralabilecegi mekanizmalar\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz.En \u00f6nemlisi ya\u015fanabilir \u00e7evreler i\u00e7in verilecek m\u00fccadelede \u00fccretli mimarlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 gozetmeyen, meslekta\u015f dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmeyen bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem bu alanda geri d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini, eksik kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>45. D\u00f6nem Genel Kurulu i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131z nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle zorlu piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, yaln\u0131z oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, faydas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek odayla aras\u0131na mesafe koymu\u015f meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za, yeni mezun arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za, se\u00e7imlerde oy kullanmaya ve dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in bir ad\u0131m atmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u201cBir oy bir \u015fey de\u011fi\u015ftirmez\u201d  diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek yerine, hep birlikte mevcut durumu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ortaya at\u0131lan bu iddiay\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yal\u0131m.
