Do\u011fan Haber Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul Kamiloba Mahallesi TEM Otoyolu&#8217;nun yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki araziye 3 Nisan 2018 tarihinde kimyasal bir madde bo\u015falt\u0131ld\u0131. 20\u2019den \u00e7ok hayvan\u0131n\u0131n zehirlenerek aniden \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6ren bir mahalleli durumu B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Belediyesi\u2019ne bildirdi. AFAD taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonucu d\u00f6k\u00fclen s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde hidrojen siyan\u00fcr (HCN)  maddesi tespit edildi. AFAD b\u00f6lgeyi karantinaya ald\u0131, arazi yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki bir ev bo\u015falt\u0131ld\u0131 . Hidrojen siyan\u00fcr\u00fcn d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alana bilgi almak i\u00e7in giden haber muhabirleri de  &#8216;bo\u011faz yanmas\u0131&#8217; \u015fikayetiyle hastaneye ba\u015fvurdu. <\/p>\n<p>Kimya M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (KMO) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi olayla ilgili bir bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu tespit edilen hidrojen siyon\u00fcr\u00fcn hem canl\u0131lar hem de \u00e7evre i\u00e7in son derece tehlikeli bir kimyasal oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Siyan\u00fcr i\u00e7eren t\u00fcm kimyasallar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, depolanmas\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, bertaraf\u0131 ve  temizli\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bilimsel ve teknik y\u00f6ntemler uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, tehlikeli kimyasallar kullanan i\u015fyerlerinin kamusal denetiminin hayati oldu\u011funu ifade etti. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kmo.org.tr\/genel\/bizden_detay.php?kod=3925\">KMO:TEHL\u0130KEL\u0130 K\u0130MYASALLARIN Y\u00d6NET\u0130M\u0130N\u0130 HAF\u0130FE ALMAYIN!<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece ilk de\u011fil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denetim ve ara\u00e7 takip sisteminden sorumlu olan \u0130stanbul \u00c7evre \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u0130BB ve yerel belediye tehlikeli kimyasallar\u0131n y\u00f6netimi konusunda gerekli denetimleri ve d\u00fczenlemeleri\u00a0yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc. Ancak bu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler yerine getirilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdit ediliyor.
