Ola\u011fan Genel Kurulu 6-8 Nisan tarihleri aras\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/hkmo_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"389\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/hkmo_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29006\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 odalar\u0131n genel kurullar\u0131 tamamlan\u0131yor. Harita ve Kadastro M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 46. Ola\u011fan Genel Kurulu 6-7 Nisan\u2019da, y\u00f6netim kurulu ve TMMOB delege se\u00e7imleri 8 Nisan\u2019da Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck Anadolu Oteli\u2019nde yap\u0131ld\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Genel Kurulda a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00fclke g\u00fcndemi \u00f6nemli bir yer tuttu. Delegeler ve konuklar sava\u015f politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ve memleketteki demokrasi, adalet sorununun kayna\u011f\u0131 AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda m\u00fccadeleye devam dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Genel kurulda, \u00f6zellikle kadastro hizmetlerinin \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u2018Lisansl\u0131 Harita Kadastro M\u00fchendisleri ve B\u00fcrolar\u0131 Kanunu\u2019 sonras\u0131nda uygulamada harita kadastro hizmetleri sisteminin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc g\u00fcndeme geldi. Kanunun \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda imzas\u0131 olan, sistemin \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kabul eden ve Tapu Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc (TKGM) g\u00f6revine atanan Mehmet Zeki Adl\u0131, harita m\u00fchendisli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n TKGM-Oda ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla a\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini genel kurul k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnden belirtmek zorunda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Genel Kurulun 2\u2019nci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde, ana y\u00f6netmelikte yer alan \u2018Yeni \u015fube a\u00e7\u0131lma \u015fartlar\u0131\u2019nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in verilen \u00f6nerge tart\u0131\u015fmalara neden oldu. \u0130steyen herkesin say\u0131 aramaks\u0131z\u0131n Genel Merkez oluruyla \u015eube a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak olan \u00f6nergesi tepkiler gelmesi \u00fczerine \u00f6nerge geri \u00e7ekildi. Tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan verilen \u2018Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc t\u00fcz\u00fck kurultay\u0131 yap\u0131ls\u0131n\u2019 \u00f6nergesi ise kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00f6nemde, gen\u00e7 \u00fcyelerin y\u00f6netim kurulundaki a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131. HKMO\u2019nun 46.
