Kanser vakalar\u0131nda \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finin rol\u00fcne \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n halktan gizledi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden pestisitin taze fasulye, biber, h\u0131yar, marul, maydanoz, \u00e7ilek, erik ve elmada maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 limitlerini \u00e7ok a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sularda ise yine kanserojen etkisi bilinen hidrokarbon kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc d\u00fcnya genelinde kanserden \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 16 olarak belirtiliyor; yani her alt\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmden birinin nedeni kanser.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise her sekiz \u00f6l\u00fcmden birinin nedeni (y\u00fczde 13) kanser. Ancak b\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye b\u00fcy\u00fck farklar var. \u00d6rne\u011fin Tekirda\u011f, K\u0131rklareli ve Edirne\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k her d\u00f6rt \u00f6l\u00fcmden biri, Kocaeli Dilovas\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde (y\u00fczde 37) her \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6l\u00fcmden ve Antalya ilinde ise her 10 \u00f6l\u00fcmden birinin nedeni kanser.<\/p>\n<p>Kanserojen (kansere yol a\u00e7an) kimyasallara uzun s\u00fcre maruz kalmak kanser hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni. Kansere yol a\u00e7an etkenlerin \u00e7evresel ortamlarda ne miktarda bulundu\u011fu, insanlar\u0131n bu etkenlere ne miktarda maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu maruziyetin ne kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi fakt\u00f6rler kanser hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermesine neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kanserojen maddelerib\u00fcn yemize nas\u0131l al\u0131r\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bedenimizin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan her \u015fey d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evreyi olu\u015fturur. Deriyle temas, soluma, yeme ya da i\u00e7me yoluyla d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evrede bulunan toksik etkili kimyasal maddeleri b\u00fcnyemize al\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Zehirli veya kansere yol a\u00e7an kimyasal maddeler d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evrede do\u011fal olarak nadiren bulunur. Genellikle tar\u0131msal ve end\u00fcstriyel faaliyetlerden a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karlar. Bu faaliyetlerin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lgenin topra\u011f\u0131, suyu, havas\u0131, g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri kansere yol a\u00e7an kimyasal maddelerle kirletildik\u00e7e o b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan insanlar aras\u0131nda kanser hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Kocaeli Dilovas\u0131 ve Ergene Nehri Havzas\u0131 gibi ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n kansere neden olan kimyasal maddelerle en fazla kirletildi\u011fi yerlerde kanser hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin en \u00f6nemli nedeni budur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ergene Nehri Havzas\u0131 ve Kocaeli Dilovas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ergene Nehri Havzas\u0131\u2019nda Edirne, Tekirda\u011f ve K\u0131rklareli illeri yer al\u0131yor. Bu illerde yer alan sanayi tesisleri a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131 at\u0131k sular\u0131 herhangi bir kimyasal ar\u0131tma yapmadan nehre bo\u015falt\u0131yorlar. Nehir a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar sonucu ta\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn Ergene Ovas\u0131 zehirli kimyasal maddelerle kirleniyor. Bu zehirli maddeler yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131na ve yeti\u015ftirilen g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine de bula\u015f\u0131yor. Marmara Denizi\u2019ne d\u00f6k\u00fclen akarsu denizdeki kabuklu canl\u0131lardan bal\u0131klara b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u015fam formlar\u0131na zehirli kimyasal maddelerin bula\u015fmas\u0131na neden oluyor. \u00dclkemizin kanser tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bir ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgesi ise Kocaeli ilinde yer alan Dilovas\u0131. 2011\u2019de Prof. Dr. Onur Hamzao\u011flu Dilovas\u0131\u2019ndaki kimyasal kirlili\u011fin anne ve bebeklerin v\u00fccutlar\u0131na sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r metallerin ge\u00e7mesine neden oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu a\u00e7\u0131klama nedeniyle yerel idarecilerin su\u00e7lamas\u0131na maruz kalan ve hakk\u0131nda dava a\u00e7\u0131lan Hamzao\u011flu, 2016\u2019da \u00fcniversitedeki g\u00f6revinden KHK ile \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eimdi tutuklu ama toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f m\u00fccadelesini y\u0131lmadan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor \u2013selam olsun-.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u0131dalardaki zehir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada 1380 g\u0131da ve 1440 su \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. G\u0131dalarda 332 farkl\u0131 pestisitin kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Hormonal sistem bozucu olarak nitelenen 106 pestisitin tamam\u0131 analiz kapsam\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kocaeli\u2019nden al\u0131nan toplam 283 \u00f6rne\u011fin y\u00fczde 38\u2019inde, Antalya\u2019dan al\u0131nan 572 \u00f6rne\u011fin y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131nda ve Ergene b\u00f6lgesinden al\u0131nan 463 \u00f6rne\u011fin y\u00fczde 14\u2019\u00fcnde pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi. G\u0131dalarda en \u00e7ok pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan il Antalya oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131 analizi yap\u0131lan 1318 g\u0131da \u00f6rne\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131nda pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131; y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131nda ise en az bir pestisit olmak \u00fczere 73 \u00e7e\u015fit pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zarar\u0131 kesin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Analiz edilen \u00f6rneklerin y\u00fczde 17.3\u2019\u00fcnde mevzuat\u0131n izin verdi\u011fi maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin (MKL) \u00fczerindeki miktarlarda pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 saptand\u0131. Maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerini a\u015fan pestisitlerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zarar verece\u011fi kesindir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 5 farkl\u0131 ile yay\u0131lan onlarca \u00e7e\u015fit g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn analiz edildi\u011fi bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00fclke genelindeki g\u0131dalarda \u00e7ok ciddi bir pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 sorununa i\u015faret etti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bu konuda G\u0131da Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yurt genelinde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda mevzuatta belirtilen s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri a\u015fan pestisitlerin oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 2-3 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ortada ciddi bir sorun oldu\u011fu a\u015fik\u00e2r.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerini a\u015fan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere dair bilgiler tabloda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak mesele sadece maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan \u00fcr\u00fcnler de\u011fil. Bir g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn hepsi de mevzuattaki s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerin alt\u0131nda kalan birden fazla say\u0131da pestisit i\u00e7ermesi durumunun da sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu yarataca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir. Bu soruna yar\u0131n de\u011finece\u011fim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baz\u0131 sularda hidrokarbon kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada 5 ildeki 1440 farkl\u0131 yerle\u015fim noktas\u0131ndan al\u0131nan kaynak ve depo sular\u0131 da analiz edildi. Bu sularda kansere neden olan PAH bile\u015fikleri ile baz\u0131 pestisitlerin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Polisiklik aromatik hidrokarbonlar (PAH) iki ya da daha fazla benzen halkas\u0131na sahip kansere yol a\u00e7an kimyasal maddelerdir. Petrol kirlili\u011fi, ya\u011f, k\u00f6m\u00fcr, katran at\u0131klar\u0131nda bulunur ve fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli maddelerin yanmas\u0131 sonucu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karlar. Do\u011fada 100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde PAH bile\u015fi\u011fi bulunsa da g\u0131dalar ve sularda nadiren tespit ediliyorlar. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada kanserojen etkisi daha fazla olan 16 PAH bile\u015fi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Analiz edilen su \u00f6rneklerinin 19 tanesinde (y\u00fczde 1,3) PAH kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 tespit edildi. \u0130llere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m tabloda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Su \u00f6rneklerinde Asenaften, Asenaftelen, Floren, Naftalin ve Fenantren olmak \u00fczere 5 adet PAH bile\u015fi\u011finin kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tespit edildi. Antalya\u2019dan al\u0131nan su \u00f6rneklerinin hi\u00e7birinde PAH bile\u015fi\u011fi kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131. En \u00e7ok PAH kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 tabloda da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi Ergene havzas\u0131ndan al\u0131nan su \u00f6rneklerinde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Y\u00fczde 1.3\u2019l\u00fck kirlilik oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00f6r\u00fclmemeli; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn bir y\u0131la yay\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; belli bir zaman diliminde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131. Tespit edilen PAH kirlili\u011fi her h\u00e2l\u00fck\u00e2rda \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finin bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/gida_tablo_3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"596\" height=\"358\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/gida_tablo_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29025\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n gizledi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2011-2016 aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesi Ergene ve Dilovas\u0131\u2019ndaki kanser vakalar\u0131nda \u00e7evre kirlili\u011finin rol\u00fcne b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u201cKocaeli, Antalya, Tekirda\u011f, Edirne, K\u0131rklareli \u0130llerinde \u00c7evresel Fakt\u00f6rlerin ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00dczerine Etkilerinin De\u011ferlendirilmesi Projesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada Ergene Nehri Havzas\u0131\u2019nda yer alan Edirne, K\u0131rklareli, Tekirda\u011f illeri; Dilovas\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu Kocaeli ve Antalya\u2019da yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu illerde ya\u015fayan insanlardan ve yerle\u015fim b\u00f6lgelerinden al\u0131nan binlerce \u00f6rnekte kanser hastal\u0131klar\u0131na neden olan kimyasal maddeler ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131 \u00e7evresel ortamlardaki kanserojen madde kirlili\u011finin ne d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu ve o b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n soluduklar\u0131 hava, i\u00e7tikleri su, yedikleri g\u0131dalarla b\u00fcnyelerine kansere neden olan kimyasal maddeleri al\u0131p almad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemekti. K\u00f6y ve mahalle baz\u0131nda binlerce yerle\u015fim b\u00f6lgesinden \u00f6rnekler al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Antalya ilinde sanayi faaliyetleri yok. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Ergene Havzas\u0131 ve Kocaeli b\u00f6lgesinde sanayi faaliyetlerinden ve zehirli at\u0131klardan kaynaklanan kanserojen madde kirlili\u011fini sanayinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir b\u00f6lge ile k\u0131yaslamak amac\u0131yla se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada neler analiz edildi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada toprak, su, g\u0131da, hava, at\u0131k su ve Saroz, \u0130zmit ve Antalya k\u00f6rfezindeki deniz suyu, kabuklu deniz canl\u0131lar\u0131 ve bal\u0131klarda kansere yol a\u00e7an kimyasal maddelerin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra y\u00fcksek gerilim hatlar\u0131ndan do\u011fan kanser riski; at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma tesislerinden de\u015farj edilen su ve akarsular\u0131n dip \u00e7amurlar\u0131 da analiz edildi. Havadaki toz par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u0131\u015fan ve solunum yoluyla b\u00fcnyemize ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kanserojen kimyasallar\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7ok spesifik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar bile yap\u0131ld\u0131. Sadece su ve g\u0131da \u00f6rneklerinin say\u0131s\u0131 3000 civar\u0131nda ve sadece bu \u00f6rneklerde yap\u0131lan toplam analiz say\u0131s\u0131 15 bin.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda binlerce hanede yap\u0131lan anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ailelerin soy ge\u00e7mi\u015flerinde kanser vakalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fi belirlendi. Ayn\u0131 hanelerde ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n v\u00fccutlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklerde a\u011f\u0131r metal ve eser elementlerin bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da analiz edildi. Ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerden al\u0131nan hava, toprak, yeralt\u0131 ve yer\u00fcst\u00fc sular\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131da \u00f6rneklerinde kanserojen kimyasal maddelerin ne d\u00fczeyde bulundu\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00fcst \u00fcste konularak bir haritalama tekni\u011fi ile kanser vakalar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde kanserojen-kimyasal kirlili\u011finin de yo\u011fun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sahas\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fli\u011fi ve kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 n\u00fcfus (5-10 milyon aras\u0131) a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan biri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015 sonunda saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bitti<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/gida_tablo.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"642\" height=\"900\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/gida_tablo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29026\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma farkl\u0131 akademik ekiplerce y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen pek \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesinden olu\u015fuyor. G\u0131dalar ve sularla ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rma projelerinde ben g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar 2015 sonu itibar\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda bitmi\u015fti. Her hal\u00fck\u00e2rda projenin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Ancak bu yap\u0131lmad\u0131.
