Yozgat\u2019tan d\u00f6rt ay \u00f6nce gelen \u0130slam G\u00fcne\u015f, firma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n belinde silahla gezdi\u011fini, \u015fantiye i\u00e7inde ate\u015f etti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<br \/>\n700 ki\u015finin i\u015fsizli\u011fini aileleriyle birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, \u0130stanbul\u2019un d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce km metro in\u015faat\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hat\u0131rlarsan\u0131z durumun vahameti daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Atak\u00f6y-\u0130kitelli metro hatt\u0131 2015\u2019te ihale edildi. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) Rayl\u0131 Sistem Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihalede teklifleri Avro \u00fczerindenverilmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nYakla\u015f\u0131k maliyeti 490 milyon 904 bin 389.87 Avro olan ihaleyi Aga Enerji, 338milyon 272 bin 200 Avro teklifle kazand\u0131. Bayburt Group\u2019un web sitesinde grup \u015firketleri aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemesine kar\u015f\u0131n, bir\u00e7ok kaynakta Bayburt Group i\u015ftiraki olarak an\u0131lan Aga Enerji ile \u0130BB s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada bir Avro, ortalama 3.4 TL\u2019ydi. (Aga Enerji, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y-Kirazl\u0131 metro hatt\u0131n\u0131 da yap\u0131yor.)<br \/>\nYani o d\u00f6nemki maliyeti 1 milyar 150 milyon TL olan bu hatt\u0131n, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc kurlarla maliyeti 2 milyar 160 milyon TL\u2019yi ge\u00e7mi\u015f durumda\u2026<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB\u2019nin, kentin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da metro projesi y\u00fcr\u00fcyor. E\u011fer \u0130BB, m\u00fcteahhitlere hak edi\u015flerini \u00f6demekte zorlan\u0131yorsa, bu darbo\u011faz\u0131n sadece Atak\u00f6y- \u0130kitelli projesini ilgilendirdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek yan\u0131lg\u0131 olur.<br \/>\nOysa bundan tam da bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce, -istifa ettirilen- eski \u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kadir Topba\u015f, bu hatt\u0131n in\u015faat alan\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc de vererek yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c\u015eu an \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu metro olmak \u00fczere 257.3 kilometre rayl\u0131 sistemin yap\u0131m\u0131na devam ediyoruz. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u015fehrinde bu kadar yo\u011fun metro yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yok\u201d demi\u015f ve b\u00fct\u00e7enin y\u00fczde 55\u2019ini ula\u015ft\u0131rma yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na ay\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti.<br \/>\nO hesaba g\u00f6re Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y, Bah\u00e7elievler, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir ve Ba\u011fc\u0131lar il\u00e7elerini birbirine ba\u011flayacak 13.4 kilometrelik Atak\u00f6y \u2013 Bas\u0131n Ekspres \u2013 \u0130kitelli Metro Hatt\u0131 bu tarihlerde a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131yd\u0131..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Artan 1 milyar kimin cebinden?<\/strong><br \/>\nEvdeki hesab\u0131n kim bilir ka\u00e7\u0131nc\u0131 kez \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131ya uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131, uymayaca\u011f\u0131 ortada.<br \/>\nGelinen noktada b\u00fct\u00fcn bu s\u00f6zlerin ve projelerin, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri.
