Cumhuriyet Gazetesi\u2019nin haberine g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul 15. Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmada mahkeme, san\u0131klar hakk\u0131nda yap\u0131lan &#8216;g\u00f6revi k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanma&#8217; su\u00e7lamas\u0131 konusunda kesin ve inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 delil elde edilemedi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle 6 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 beraatine h\u00fckmetti. <\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme, arsa sahibi olan TOK\u0130\u2019nin i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00f6nlemleri konusundaki sorumlulu\u011funu yok saym\u0131\u015f oldu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>TOK\u0130 \u015firketlere kalkan oluyor, sorumluluk da alm\u0131yor<\/strong><br \/>\nTOK\u0130\u2019nin in\u015faat \u015firketlerine verdi\u011fi arsalarda ya da i\u015ftirak olarak yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok projede \u015firketler emlak vergisi ve har\u00e7 muafiyeti al\u0131rken, \u015fantiyeler denetimden de muaf hale getiriliyor. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan katliamlarda ise TOK\u0130 sorumluluk almaktan uzak duruyor, yarg\u0131lama s\u00fcre\u00e7leri de cezas\u0131zl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana dava nas\u0131l bitmi\u015fti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geda Maj\u00f6r asans\u00f6r firmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 \u00d6nder T\u00fcrksoy, \u00dcmit Savul, Turgay Dalk\u0131\u00e7, Adem Aky\u0131ld\u0131z ve Torunlar GYO \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 Murat Aytimur, B\u00fcnyamin Keskin, Emre \u00d6z ve \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi firmas\u0131 NCA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 Ahmet Said Demir, Mert \u00c7anak\u00e7\u0131 \u201cTaksirle \u00f6l\u00fcme sebebiyet verme\u201d su\u00e7undan 8 y\u0131l 4\u2019er ay hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
