Havaliman\u0131. Havaliman\u0131n\u0131n resmi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 29 Ekim\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. 31 Aral\u0131k\u2019a kadar Ye\u015filk\u00f6y\u2019deki Atat\u00fcrk Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kademeli olarak 3. Havaliman\u0131\u2019na ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Resmi a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re 1 Ocak 2019\u2019dan itibaren yeni havaliman\u0131 t\u00fcm pistleriyle hizmete girmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Meseleyi \u201cad\u0131 ne olsun, eskisinin ad\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fc yine Atat\u00fcrk olsun\u201d ba\u011flam\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fanlara da pes diyorum. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015f\u0131na ne \u00e7oraplar \u00f6rece\u011fini bundan sonra daha s\u0131kl\u0131kla konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan emin olabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k ama yeri gelmi\u015fken bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var.<\/p>\n<p>Neoliberal ekonomi sisteminde vah\u015fi kapitalist d\u00fczeni beslemek\/devam ettirmek ad\u0131na icat edilen, kimin yarar\u0131na yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 me\u00e7hul, sorgulanmas\u0131, sahip oldu\u011fu yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n ve olumsuzluklar\u0131n g\u00f6sterilmesine tahamm\u00fcl edilemeyen, g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi takdirde g\u00f6sterenin itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, yurtta\u015f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na de\u011fil birtak\u0131m yanda\u015f zincirlerinin zengin edilmesi \u00fczerine kurulu bu talan projeleri uluslararas\u0131 terminolojide \u201cbeyaz fil\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu mega projeler, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde ya d\u0131\u015f bor\u00e7lanmalara, ya \u00f6nemli yerinden edilmelere hatta katliamlara ya da dev zararlara neden oluyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de i\u015f cinayetlerinin art\u0131k ayyuka \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yer 3. Havaliman\u0131. \u015eeffafl\u0131k, denetim ve hesap verme mekanizmalar\u0131 i\u015fletilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in de halen daha i\u015f cinayetine kurban edilen insan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bile net olarak bilmiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu projeler ekonomik anlamda refah, istihdam, gelir art\u0131\u015f\u0131 gibi art\u0131lara sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi toplumsal ve sosyal anlamda da huzur sa\u011flam\u0131yor, yarardan \u00e7ok zarar getiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hikaye o ki, Asya\u2019da Tayland Kral\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan beyaz filler, kutsal say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve bulundu\u011fu haneye zenginlik, g\u00fc\u00e7 getirece\u011fine inan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flerde kullan\u0131lmaz ancak, bu fillerin bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken her t\u00fcrl\u00fc masraf da g\u00f6ze al\u0131n\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. Kral\u0131n beyaz fil hediye etti\u011fi sevdikleri, beyaz fili besleyebilecek maddi deste\u011fi al\u0131rken, beyaz fil hediye edilen sevilmeyenler ise bu masraf\u0131n alt\u0131ndan kalkamayarak \u00e7\u00f6kermi\u015f. Kral\u0131n kutsal hediyesine bakamayanlar toplum g\u00f6z\u00fcnde itibars\u0131zla\u015f\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. Asl\u0131nda beyaz fil metaforu, bak\u0131m\u0131 masrafl\u0131, kullan\u0131\u015fs\u0131z hediyeleri tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok yerinde farkl\u0131 kentlerde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ihtiyaca cevap verecekmi\u015f gibi sunulan, i\u015fletme ve yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetleri y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in yarardan \u00e7ok zarar getiren, ekoloji ve ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlar yaratan, yerelde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n talep ya da ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na kulak vermek yerine merkezi y\u00f6netimler taraf\u0131ndan tepeden inme \u015feklinde yereldekilere empoze edilen mega projeler, \u201cbeyaz fil\u201d olarak nitelendiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sonra bu iktidar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolsuz i\u015fleri perdelemek i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cd\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler b\u00fcy\u00fcmemizi istemiyor, Almanlar 3. Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131 k\u0131skan\u0131yor\u201d s\u00f6ylemine de iki \u00e7ift laf edelim yeri gelmi\u015fken\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Alman m\u00fchendislik devi Tyssen-Krupp, 3. Havaliman\u0131\u2019ndan yap\u0131lacak u\u00e7u\u015flar g\u00fcvenli mi?<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorular\u0131 ge\u00e7en hafta gazeteci arkada\u015flar\u0131m Mehve\u015f Evin ve Serkan Ocak ile A\u00e7\u0131k Radyo\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ekonomi&#038;Ekoloji program\u0131nda deneyimli kaptan pilot Bahad\u0131r Altan\u2019a sorduk. Altan, \u201cBu projeler bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle k\u00f6t\u00fc olsa da bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle iyi diyemedi\u011fimiz projeler, b\u00fct\u00fcnsel k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck projeleri olarak geliyor \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze. Ekvator\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen oranj bulutlar\u0131 art\u0131k daha s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u201cBuraya en g\u00fcvenli yakla\u015fma sistemini kuruyoruz\u201d diyorlar, eninde sonunda bunu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak olan da insan.
