Kad\u0131n mimarlar a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda, ba\u015fta Mimarlar Odas\u0131 ve TMMOB kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmak \u00fczere, TMMOB bile\u015fenlerini tacize kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. S\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fananlara tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden bir erkek, iki kad\u0131n i\u015f arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131n da dava a\u00e7mas\u0131 i\u00e7in kendisine destek oldu\u011funu ve istifa ettiklerini, meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n verdikleri r\u00f6portajdan okuduk. Ayr\u0131ca olay\u0131n hukuki zemine ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ilgili meslek odas\u0131 \u015fubesine dilek\u00e7e verildi\u011fi bilgisini ald\u0131k. Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir taciz vakas\u0131nda \u00f6rnek bir dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rne\u011fi sergilemi\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ve biz de onlar\u0131 yaln\u0131z b\u0131rakm\u0131yor ve dayan\u0131\u015fmaya m\u00fcd\u00e2hil oluyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Hukuki s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, olay\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ortam\u0131n meslek alan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda olmas\u0131, \u015fik\u00e2yet\u00e7i ve \u015fik\u00e2yet\u00e7i olunan ki\u015filerin mimar olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, meselenin meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin de g\u00fcndemi oldu\u011fu ve dava s\u00fcrecinin sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131n\u0131n beklenemeyece\u011fi kan\u0131s\u0131nday\u0131z. Taciz vakalar\u0131 toplumsal cinsiyet nedenli, politik, yerle\u015fik ve sistematiktir. Tacize kar\u015f\u0131 hem bireyler hem de kurumlar sessiz kalmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Meslek \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ya\u015fanan bu olay\u0131 acil g\u00fcndeme almas\u0131 ve etik y\u00f6nlerden de\u011ferlendirmesi, hem olay\u0131 ya\u015fayan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, hem de kamuoyunun hassasiyeti bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Meslekta\u015flar aras\u0131 hukuka g\u00f6re gerekli yapt\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcreci ba\u015flat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
