Forum, bir r\u00f6portaj yay\u0131mlayarak yan yana gelme sebeplerini, y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 planlamalar\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dccretli ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Forumu&#8217;nun yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 r\u00f6portaj \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u00dccretli ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Forumu ilk senesini geride b\u0131rak\u0131rken neler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve daha neler yapmak istedi\u011fimizi bize sorulanlar \u00fczerinden k\u0131saca ifade etmek istedik. Daha \u00f6nce nas\u0131l bir araya geldi\u011fimizi \u015fu yaz\u0131da <a href=\"\/ucretli-issiz-mimarlar-forumu-ne-oldu-da-yorgun-ucretli-issiz-mimarlar-biraraya-geldi-guvenlicalisma-org\/\">(1)<\/a> dillendirmi\u015ftik. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00fccretsiz teknik e\u011fitimler, sosyal etkinlikler d\u00fczenledik, deneyim biriktirdik. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NwpcZIwcYQA\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(2)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>3. Havaliman\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin direni\u015fi i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz \u015fartlar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin talepleri ile o \u015fantiyede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve ta\u015feron firmalar aras\u0131nda haklar\u0131 gaspedilen, maa\u015flar\u0131 eksik ve ge\u00e7 yatan, bar\u0131nma ve ula\u015f\u0131m sorunu \u00e7eken mimar-m\u00fchendislerin talepleri aras\u0131nda bir fark yok asl\u0131nda. Bu anlamda her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn biraz daha, bize yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan yakam\u0131zdaki beyaz rengi sorgular hale geldik. Ve boynumuza dar gelen beyaz yakay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in saflar\u0131 s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 beraberce \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz mimarlar\u0131 foruma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ucretliissizmim.\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(3)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong> 1-Grubunuzu tan\u0131t\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grubumuz, \u00dccretli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Forumu\u2019dur. Ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, hali haz\u0131rda \u00f6zelde veya kamuda \u00fccretli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mimar arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ve i\u015f arayan mimarlardan olu\u015fan bir topluluktur. Bir araya gelmemiz, yan yana durmam\u0131z i\u00e7in asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok neden vard\u0131. Sekt\u00f6rde s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan hak gasplar\u0131, mimarlar aras\u0131nda iyice yay\u0131lan yaln\u0131zla\u015fma, KHK ile i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan mimar arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z gibi. Tetikleyici olay ise, mimarl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ad\u0131 s\u0131k\u00e7a duyulan mimarl\u0131k ofislerinden birinin, i\u015f yerinin bat\u0131yor oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle toplu bir i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kartmaya gitmesi, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te k\u0131dem ve ihbar tazminatlar\u0131n\u0131n verilmemesi gibi hak gasplar\u0131 yapmas\u0131 ve hemen sonras\u0131nda ise i\u015fe al\u0131m i\u00e7in ilana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Bu durumun tetiklemesiyle, 2017\u2019in Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve i\u015fsiz mimarlara Mimarlar i\u00e7in Hayatta Kalma K\u0131lavuzu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu toplanmada, herkes sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ne kadar fazla oldu\u011funu ve tek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za sesimizi duyuramayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olmal\u0131 ki, y\u00fcksek kat\u0131l\u0131mla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu dertle\u015fmenin ard\u0131ndan \u00dccretli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Forumu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Forum tamamen g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc deste\u011fiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ediyor. <\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer forumdan arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131z, sosyal medya veya etkinlikler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla haberdar olduysan\u0131z, foruma kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in iki haftada bir Pazartesi g\u00fcnleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz toplant\u0131lara gelmeniz yeterli. Forum, \u00f6ncelikle dayan\u0131\u015fmaya, birebir etkile\u015fime ve geni\u015flemeye a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fundan bu toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, y\u00fcz y\u00fcze gelmeyi \u00f6nemsiyoruz. Toplant\u0131larda etkile\u015fim sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, art\u0131k birbirimiz i\u00e7in telefon numaras\u0131 kay\u0131tl\u0131 birer meslekta\u015f olman\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ti\u011fimize inan\u0131yoruz. <\/p>\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; Neden at\u00f6lyeler d\u00fczenliyorsunuz, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131z kimlere y\u00f6nelik?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At\u00f6lyeleri d\u00fczenlememizin birden fazla sebebi var asl\u0131nda. Hi\u00e7birini di\u011ferinden daha \u00f6nemli olarak de\u011ferlendiremeyiz ama dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00fcst ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplayabiliriz. Sebeplerimizden biri, yan yana durmak \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyoruz ki hukuksal bir zorlukla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda veya bir haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda en \u00e7ok zorlayan \u015feylerden biri yaln\u0131z kalmak. \u00dccretli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Forumu olarak 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde bir\u00e7ok at\u00f6lye d\u00fczenledik. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda \u00e7ok yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131lan programlar\u0131 i\u00e7eren at\u00f6lyelerden, meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131na, hatta yogaya kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli at\u00f6lyelerle bir araya geldik. Her bir at\u00f6lyede yeni arkada\u015flarla tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131k, dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geni\u015flettik. At\u00f6lyeleri yapmaktaki di\u011fer bir sebebimiz, \u00f6zellikle i\u015fsiz mimarlar i\u00e7in neler yapabilece\u011fimizi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131rken fark\u0131na vard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir sebep. \u0130\u015f arayan bir mimar i\u00e7in CV\u2019de \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bir bilgisayar program\u0131 yoksa i\u015f bulma ihtimali azal\u0131yor demektir. Zaten i\u015fsiz olan bir ki\u015finin h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fen ve kurs masraf\u0131 getiren bir program\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi \u00e7ok zorlay\u0131c\u0131 bir durum.  Ofislerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mimarlar\u0131n ve \u00f6\u011frencilerinse birbirlerinden \u00e7ok fazla bilgi \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fini ve bu bilgilerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fle ilgili \u00e7ok da bir bilgisi olmayan bir bilgisayar e\u011fitmeninin verdi\u011fi bilgilerden daha kal\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczden, yine aram\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kan g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc mimarlarla \u00fccretsiz program e\u011fitimleri d\u00fczenlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eimdiye kadar iki farkl\u0131 program\u0131n e\u011fitimini d\u00fczenledik. Hatta Mimarlar Odas\u0131 \u0130zmir ve Gaziantep \u015eubeleri \u00dccretli ve \u0130\u015fsiz Komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n da benzer \u00fccretsiz e\u011fitimler d\u00fczenlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendik. Bir ba\u015fka gayemiz ise \u00f6\u011frenciler ve yeni mezun mimarlarla dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde olabilmekti. Bunun i\u00e7inse bir hukuk at\u00f6lyesi d\u00fczenledik. Yeni mezun mimarlar, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015flara, deneme s\u00fcresi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda sigortas\u0131z ve g\u00fcvencesiz olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yorlar, hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kartmalarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabiliyorlar ancak haklar\u0131na hakim olmad\u0131klar\u0131ndan nas\u0131l hareket edeceklerini bilemeyebiliyorlar. D\u00fczenledi\u011fimiz hukuk at\u00f6lyesinde, farkl\u0131 avukatlarla, 5 farkl\u0131 vaka \u00fczerinden haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu at\u00f6lyenin sonucu olarak da, Mimarlar Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fckkent \u015eubesi b\u00fcnyesindeki ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00dccretli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u0130\u015fsiz Mimarlar Komisyonunun 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yasal haklar\u0131m\u0131z kitap\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yeni geli\u015fmelere g\u00f6re g\u00fcncelledik. Hatta bu tip i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lma, ihbar s\u00fcresinin bildirilmemesi, maa\u015flar\u0131n al\u0131namamas\u0131 ve benzeri durumlar\u0131 an\u0131nda birbirimize dan\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fimiz bir ileti\u015fim a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da var. Son olarak, at\u00f6lyelerimizin \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mimarlara ve i\u015fsiz mimarlara y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken, di\u011fer disiplinlerin \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz komisyonlar\u0131yla da bir araya gelmeyi \u00e7ok arzulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 eklemek do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 &#8211; Mimarlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan bahseder misiniz, i\u015fsiz mimar say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131yor mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mimarlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda \u00e7ok fazla sorunla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yor. D\u00fczenli olarak yap\u0131lan fazla mesailer, bu mesailerin yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi a\u015facak kadar fazla olmas\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u00f6demenin yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, i\u015fe ba\u015flanan ilk aylarda deneme s\u00fcresi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma, hatta baz\u0131 durumlarda d\u00fczenli olarak sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, mobbing, \u015fantiyelerde asgari hijyen ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi standartlar\u0131ndan uzak \u015fartlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015fe ba\u011fl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar, i\u015fyerinde cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131,   ayn\u0131 pozisyondaki kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara erkeklere g\u00f6re az maa\u015f verilmesi, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve bireysel performans de\u011ferlendirmeleriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa itilmesi, i\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131yla bir araya gelebilmenin zorla\u015fmas\u0131, i\u015fyerlerinde eksikli\u011fi hissedilen dayan\u0131\u015fma\/birlikte hareket edebilme.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fsiz mimarlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z hen\u00fcz yok. Bu at\u00f6lyede yak\u0131n zamanda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve ya\u015famakta oldu\u011fumuz ekonomik krizi, ekonomistlerin diliyle de\u011fil de, kendi dilimizle de\u011ferlendirip ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerindeki etkilerini tart\u0131\u015fmak, hali haz\u0131rda k\u00f6t\u00fc olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131m\u0131zdan dolay\u0131 sistemli bir \u015fekilde yoksulla\u015f\u0131rken, krizin bu s\u00fcreci nas\u0131l h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmak istiyoruz.
