Deneme s\u00fcresinin ne kadar oldu\u011fu s\u00f6zle\u015fmede bulunmak zorundad\u0131r. Deneme s\u00fcresinde isteyen taraf s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini hi\u00e7bir tazminat \u00f6demesi gerektirmeksizin sona erdirebilir. Ancak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden do\u011fan \u00fccreti, SGK primleri ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm sosyal haklar\u0131 verilmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015fe ba\u015flamadan 1 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, i\u015fyeri taraf\u0131ndan SGK\u2019ya bildirilerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tasarruf ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n zorunlu dahil edildi\u011fi, br\u00fct maa\u015f\u0131n %3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc \u2018otomatik\u2019 olarak kesen bir uygulama. \u0130\u015f yerinizin anla\u015fmal\u0131 oldu\u011fu sigorta \u015firketinin ilgili kanallar\u0131 yoluyla BES\u2019ten \u00e7\u0131kmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Sisteme dahil edildikten sonra 2 ay i\u00e7inde sistemden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde herhangi bir hak kayb\u0131 olmadan sistemden \u00e7\u0131kmakta fayda var.<\/p>\n<p>Zorunlu BES ile ilgili ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi i\u00e7in Politeknik\u2019in \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/politeknik.org.tr\/zorunlu-bes-nedir-ne-degildir\/\">Zorunlu BES nedir, ne de\u011fildir?<\/a>\u2019 bro\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6z atabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"sosyal-haklarimiz-nelerdir\"><strong>Sosyal haklar\u0131m\u0131z nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na \u00fccret d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal haklar vard\u0131r. Bu haklar yemek, yol, ikramiye, erzak vs. \u015feklinde s\u0131ralanabilir. Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccretinin \u00f6denmemesi, maa\u015f\u0131n eksik \u00f6denmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 11 saati a\u015famaz.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"fazla-mesai-nedir\"><strong>Fazla mesai nedir? <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Haftal\u0131k 45 saatin \u00fczerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar fazla mesaidir. Fazla mesai s\u00fcresi y\u0131ll\u0131k 270 saati a\u015famaz.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"fazla-mesai-ucreti-nasil-hesaplanir\"><strong>Fazla mesai \u00fccreti nas\u0131l hesaplan\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Haftal\u0131k 45 saatin \u00fczerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, her bir saat fazla mesai i\u00e7in i\u015f\u00e7iye normal saatlik \u00fccretinin %50 fazlas\u0131 \u00f6denir. \u0130\u015fyerinde 45 saati ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde denkle\u015ftirme uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa yani bir d\u00f6nem 45 saatten fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131p di\u011fer d\u00f6nem 45 saatten az \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorsa ve ortalamas\u0131 45 saati ge\u00e7miyorsa mesai \u00f6denmez.
