Et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n 2 y\u0131l, kendisinin ise 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcrmesi beklenen ve 10 milyar dolara mal olmas\u0131\u00a0d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen projenin bitim tarihi olarak 2013 g\u00f6steriliyor.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi \u0130stanbul\u2019da yeni finans merkezleri yaratma amac\u0131 ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ilk proje de\u011fil. Ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7la daha evvel Haydarpa\u015faport, Galataport, Yeni Kartal projesi gibi projeler kamuoyuna sunulmu\u015ftu. Bu projelere ger\u00e7ekten akla uygun olmayacak derecede \u201c\u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n\u201d bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck daha eklendi.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Teknik a\u00e7\u0131dan kabul edilebilir yan\u0131 olmayan bu proje, kentin bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm plan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda korunan do\u011fu &#8211; bat\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki kentle\u015fme eksenini, kuzeye kayd\u0131r\u0131lacak, kenti b\u00fcy\u00fctecek ve kent n\u00fcfusunu artt\u0131racakt\u0131r. Kent merkezlerinden halk\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131 atan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile kentleri sadece ticaret merkezlerine ve sermayeye yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n projesini anlat\u0131rken, \u2018kafas\u0131ndaki\u2019 Yeni \u0130stanbul\u2019da yoksul emek\u00e7i halk\u0131n yerini de \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131: \u201c\u0130stanbulumuzun bir\u00e7ok yeri \u0130stanbul\u2019a art\u0131k yak\u0131\u015fm\u0131yor. Ka\u00e7ak, \u00e7irkin binalar var. Biz vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za diyece\u011fiz ki \u2018Karde\u015fim, evleriniz haz\u0131r, size gelin \u015furalardan ev verelim. \u00d6l\u00e7ece\u011fiz, bi\u00e7ece\u011fiz, neyse bedeli kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yer verece\u011fiz.\u2019 Ama yok, ille de \u2018Ben burada oturmak istiyorum\u2019 diyenlere \u2018Biz buralar\u0131 y\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131z, y\u0131kmaya mecburuz. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde nerede oturacaksan otur, kiran\u0131 biz verece\u011fiz\u2019 diyece\u011fiz. Yok onu da istemezse o zaman kusura bakmas\u0131n, kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r\u0131z, paran\u0131 veririz. Daha ne yapal\u0131m!\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi \u0130stanbul\u2019un kuzeyindeki orman alanlar\u0131 ile su havzalar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n hafriyatla \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131lmas\u0131na bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n da yeni yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 ile tahribat\u0131na ve yok olmas\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r. 3. k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile birlikte, \u0130stanbul\u2018u do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketmi\u015f, ya\u015fan\u0131lamaz bir kent haline getirecektir.<\/div>\n<div>Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi AKP\u2019nin her projesinden oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fcniversitelere, meslek odalar\u0131 ve halka sorulmadan, bilimsellikten uzak keyfi bir \u015fekilde kendi dar, yanda\u015f sermaye gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7inde tasarland\u0131. Garip bir gizem kat\u0131larak herkesten saklanarak (!)<strong><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#ff0000\">*<\/font><\/strong> tasarlanan proje kamuoyuna AKP\u2019nin \u201cda\u011flar\u0131 delen iktidar olma\u201d iddias\u0131 ile sunuldu. Bu sanal proje se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi hem sermaye gruplar\u0131n\u0131n, hem de Tayyip\u2019le simgele\u015fen bir yat\u0131r\u0131m olarak se\u00e7menin ilgisini \u00e7ekebilecek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hamle oldu.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Di\u011fer yandan b\u00f6yle cin bir fikir ilk kez ba\u015fbakan\u0131n akl\u0131na gelmi\u015f de de\u011fil. 1994\u2019te de ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ile birlikte B\u00fclent Ecevit taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcndeme getirilmi\u015fti. Ecevit de \u201894 se\u00e7imleri \u00f6ncesinde bo\u011faz trafi\u011finin tehlikeli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek kanal fikrini ortaya atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#ff0000\">*<\/font><\/strong> Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6ylentisini uzun s\u00fcre \u00f6nce yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131, ancak se\u00e7ime 1,5 ay kala a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un, 7 Ekim 2010 tarihindeki Today\u2019s Zaman gazetesinde \u201c\u00c7\u0131lg\u0131n projeden bo\u011faz \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u201d man\u015fetiyle duyuruldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Haberde \u201c\u0130stanbul&#8217;a ikinci bo\u011faz Ba\u015fbakan Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n &#8216;\u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n proje&#8217; olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan projesinin \u0130stanbul&#8217;a ikinci bir \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz in\u015fa etmek oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Erdo\u011fan, Cumhuriyetin 100. Y\u0131l\u0131 olan 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;a Silivri-\u00c7atalca hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde yeni ve suni bir bo\u011faz yapmak istiyor. Proje \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz&#8217;\u0131ndaki deniz trafi\u011finin tamamen bu kanaldan yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyor.
