Bu politikalar\u0131n emperyalizme ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ve &#8220;yap\u0131sal uyum programlar\u0131&#8221; uyar\u0131nca uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen idari, ekonomik, sosyal, siyasi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerle piyasac\u0131 yeni bir devlet yap\u0131s\u0131 egemen olmu\u015f, altyap\u0131da t\u00fcm ekonomik toplumsal ili\u015fkiler piyasaya devredilerek ticarile\u015ftirilmi\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kurals\u0131zl\u0131k geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f, esnek ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yasalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu, 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu, 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu, 2822 say\u0131l\u0131 Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi Grev ve Lokavt Kanunu, 2821 say\u0131l\u0131 Sendikalar Kanununda vb. yap\u0131lan kritik de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin t\u00fcm\u00fc emek\u00e7ilerin aleyhinedir.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Neo liberal d\u00f6neme damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran ve bizim gibi \u00fclkelere dayat\u0131lan uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc gere\u011fince, fason \u00fcretim ve ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rmaya dayal\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ekonominin i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131na itilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile sanayile\u015fme ve kalk\u0131nma; b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve verimlilik ile istihdam, gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 vb. aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flar tamamen kopmu\u015f durumdad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2003-2010 d\u00f6nemi ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fczde 4,6 iken istihdamdaki &#8220;art\u0131\u015f&#8221; binde 2\u2018dir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde sanayide son 12 y\u0131lda emek verimlili\u011fi art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 70 gibi hayli y\u00fcksek bir oranda artm\u0131\u015f ancak reel \u00fccretlerde y\u00fczde 12,5 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Yarat\u0131lan katma de\u011ferin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda \u00fccretlerin pay\u0131 azalmakta, k\u00e2rlar ve faiz \u00f6demelerinin pay\u0131 ise artmaktad\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>73 milyon n\u00fcfusun bug\u00fcn ancak 22,5 milyonu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmekte, bunun 10 milyonu ise kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131, g\u00fcvencesiz ko\u015fullarda ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. 14 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yaln\u0131zca 3,5 milyonu sendikal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131, toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve grev haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanamad\u0131klar\u0131, pazarl\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7leri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in gelir dengesini g\u00f6reli olarak dahi d\u00fczeltebilecek durumda de\u011fildir. Ger\u00e7ek i\u015fsizlik ise y\u00fczde 20 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r ve gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus ile kad\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc istihdam\u0131 giderek gerilemektedir.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Ulusal \u0130stihdam Stratejisi&#8221;nde benimsenen yakla\u015f\u0131mlar uyar\u0131nca da esnek, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi-\u00e7imleri daha fazla yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak, ge\u00e7ici-kiral\u0131k i\u015f\u00e7ilik uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilecek, \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fc-rolar\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak, k\u0131dem tazminatlar\u0131 budanacak, &#8220;b\u00f6lgesel asgari \u00fccret&#8221; uygulamas\u0131yla asgari \u00fccret d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclecek, 25 ya\u015f alt\u0131 yeni gen\u00e7 i\u015f\u00e7iler g\u00fcvencesiz ucuz emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne tabi tutulacakt\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bu ko\u015fullarda kutlayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 1 May\u0131s, bu ger\u00e7eklerin, vah\u015fi s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczeninin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131mlara kar\u015f\u0131 eme\u011fin haklar\u0131n\u0131n ve ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fc olacakt\u0131r. TMMOB Makina M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerin, t\u00fcm eme\u011fiyle ge\u00e7inenlerin uluslararas\u0131 birlik, m\u00fccadele ve dayan\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc kutlamaktad\u0131r.
