Gebze-Haydarpa\u015fa ve Sirkeci-Halkal\u0131 banliy\u00f6 hatlar\u0131n\u0131n entegrasyonu projesi kapsam\u0131nda 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r in\u015faat\u0131 s\u00fcren Marmaray hatt\u0131n\u0131 10 maddede inceledik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31206\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>1. 1969 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri hizmet veren <strong>Haydarpa\u015fa-Gebze<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki banliy\u00f6 tren hatt\u0131 19 Haziran 2013\u2019te kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yap\u0131m s\u00fcresine 24 ay verilen ve 2015 Haziran ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan hat <strong>4 y\u0131l gecikmeyle<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. <strong>Sirkeci-Halkal\u0131<\/strong> tren hatt\u0131 ise 19 Mart 2013 tarihinde 6 ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ancak hat belirlenen tarihten <strong>5 sene sonra<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31203\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>2. 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcren in\u015faata ra\u011fmen teknik eksiklikleri bulunan Gebze-Halkal\u0131 Marmaray Hatt\u0131, yerel se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi Tayyip Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan Marmaray\u2019\u0131 <strong>yerel se\u00e7im \u015fovu<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullanan AKP, a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 <strong>yerel se\u00e7im mitingi<\/strong> olarak yapt\u0131. Birle\u015fik Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k Sendikas\u0131 (BTS) Marmaray Hatt\u0131\u2019n\u0131n <strong>yolcu ta\u015f\u0131maya haz\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> Teknik anlamda eksikliklerin oldu\u011funu, test a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, tren kontrol sistemi ve teknik personelin yetersiz oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klayan BTS, se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesi <strong>\u015fov ama\u00e7l\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f<\/strong> yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31205\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>4. Kumanda merkezi ekranlar\u0131nda <strong>tren kay\u0131plar\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve kumanda merkezinin bunu g\u00f6remedi\u011fi belirtildi. Sinyallerin ve makaslar\u0131n tamamen de\u011fi\u015fmesinden dolay\u0131 acil bir durumda manuel olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bu sisteme<strong> yeterli test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yapmam\u0131\u015f<\/strong> makinistlerin m\u00fcdahalede bulunamayaca\u011f\u0131 ve bu durumun kazalara neden olaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylendi. Yeni i\u015fe al\u0131nan makinistlerle birlikte t\u00fcm makinistlerin yol g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131nda tecr\u00fcbe kazanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ve 1 Mart\u2019ta ba\u015flayan test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015flerinin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31202\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>5. Teknik personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz oldu\u011fu, toplamda 42 tren trafik kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc istihdam edilmesi gerekirken bu <strong>say\u0131n\u0131n hen\u00fcz tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f<\/strong> oldu\u011fu; baz\u0131 noktalarda <strong>sinyal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f mesafesinin \u00e7ok k\u0131sa oldu\u011fu<\/strong> ve y\u00f6netmeliklerle belirlenmi\u015f <strong>frenleme mesafesinin yetersiz<\/strong> oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31207\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>6.
