E\u011fitim hayat\u0131m\u0131zda bizlere \u00f6\u011fretilen \u00e7ok boyutlu, multidisipliner bir mesle\u011fin, pratikte nas\u0131l olup da tek bir a\u015famaya s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir inceleme konusu. Ancak s\u00f6ylemek gerekir ki tasar\u0131m d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcceltildi\u011fi; tasar\u0131mc\u0131 olabilmek\/olamamak ayr\u0131m\u0131nda suni bir s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rman\u0131n dayat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131; mimarl\u0131\u011fa dair s\u00f6z\u00fc olan meslek insanlar\u0131n\u0131n bu s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir ortam bekliyor sizleri. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Yap\u0131 Dergisi\u2019nin Mart 2019, 445 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n dosya konusu da olan \u201cGen\u00e7 Mimar Nas\u0131l \u0130\u015f Bulur?\u201d sorusu, \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir ba\u015fl\u0131k olarak at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Elbette ki yorumlar\u0131 da kendi beklentilerini yans\u0131tacakt\u0131. Derginin Mart say\u0131s\u0131na yans\u0131yan ifadelerini I\u015f\u0131k \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde bir kez daha tekrarlad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada, s\u00f6z\u00fcn hangi zeminden geldi\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011finin en az s\u00f6z\u00fcn kendisi kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmak gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc konuya dair bilgisine ba\u015fvurulan de\u011ferli kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larda tecr\u00fcbeden biraz daha fazlas\u0131 g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor. \u00d6yle ki, 4 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131dan 3\u2019\u00fc 46 y\u0131ll\u0131k Yap\u0131 Dergisi\u2019nin devredildi\u011fi, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir PR \u015firketi olan yeni adresinden kurumsal ileti\u015fim dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan firmalar aras\u0131nda g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Ticari bir ili\u015fki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olacak PR \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, mesle\u011fe yeni d\u00e2hil olmu\u015f insanlar\u0131n kayg\u0131lar\u0131na ve gelecek hayallerine alet edilmesi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r de\u011fildir. Hele de yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f r\u00f6portajlarda, \u201cehlile\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ol\u201d mesajlar\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ki\u015filerin ayr\u0131ca panele davet edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, en naif ifadeyle kayg\u0131 vericidir. Her ne kadar dergi, gelen tepkiler \u00fczerine ilgili ifadeleri web sayfas\u0131ndan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olsa da, bu ifadelerin yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 mecralarda tekrarlan\u0131yor olmas\u0131 yay\u0131n\u0131n yeni adresi ile 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k birikimin aras\u0131nda ciddi bir makas olu\u015ftu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fin bir noktas\u0131 bu iken, halen ilgili say\u0131da ula\u015fabilecek i\u00e7eri\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck de bir \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek gerekiyor:<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimi, hedef belirlemeyi, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131ndan beslenmeyi g\u00fcndemle\u015ftiren k\u0131ymetli \u00f6nermelerin yan\u0131nda, kimi meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeni mezunlara y\u00f6nelik baz\u0131 \u00f6nerilerini ki\u015fisel gaflar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde kamusal alanda hesapla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken birer ger\u00e7eklik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz, es ge\u00e7meyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/st.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31590\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/st.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"817\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren kimlikleri \u00fczerinden, kendilerine daha fazla de\u011fer \u00fcretecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan profilini arayan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin, kriz ortam\u0131nda i\u015f bulma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7ine giren yeni mezunlar\u0131 \u201cehlile\u015ftirme\u201d \u00e7abas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini normalle\u015ftirmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Tasar\u0131mdan \u00e7ok \u00e7izim tekniklerine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesini sal\u0131k veren, beklenen \u201c\u00f6zveri ve sadakat\u201d kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u201cdayan\u0131m e\u015fiklerinin\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131n\u0131 problem eden, kendilerini \u00f6\u011frenme dura\u011f\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlayarak para beklentisi ile gelenleri de entelekt\u00fcel bir zeminde bertaraf etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u2026 Bilin ki yalan s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki suni parlamas\u0131 ile birlikte a\u00e7\u0131lan mimarl\u0131k okullar\u0131n\u0131n son 15 y\u0131lda 4 kat\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131; her y\u0131l 8 bin gen\u00e7 mezunun d\u00e2hil oldu\u011fu bir alanda, bir de krizin yans\u0131malar\u0131 ile bo\u011fu\u015fmak zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u0131r de\u011fildir. Ancak bu durumu, mimarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 do\u011fas\u0131 ile birle\u015ftirip i\u015fveren lehine \u00e7eviren f\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015flara da prim vermemek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131mlarda, -i\u015fin ne oldu\u011fundan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z- sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olma ko\u015fulunun ilk s\u0131rada oldu\u011funu art\u0131k hepimiz biliyoruz. Sadece bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00fczerinden dahi mesleki kariyerimizi \u201cs\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir\u201d \u015fartlarda yapmak en insani ve mesleki talebimiz olmal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck pratikte bu ko\u015fulu zorlayan i\u015fveren beklentilerinin, uzun vadede mesleki tatmin ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olumsuz etkileyece\u011fini, en nihayetinde yeni bir sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireyin yerimizi alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmay\u0131n arkada\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Mimarl\u0131k mesle\u011finin meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan azade oldu\u011funu ima eden, bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin art\u0131k ciddiye al\u0131nmamas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bel ve boyun a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, karpal t\u00fcnel sendromu, migren, stres bozuklu\u011fu gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ki\u015filerin dayan\u0131ks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, denetimsiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu gaflar\u0131 ticari hayatlar\u0131nda i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi olarak sunan firma yetkililerinin ofislerinde s\u00fcrekli bir sirk\u00fclasyon olmas\u0131, ayl\u0131k \u00fccretlerin asgari \u00fccret seviyesinde olmas\u0131, sigortalar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, bedelsiz fazla mesailer tesad\u00fcf de\u011fil, aksine meslek i\u00e7erisinde yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 umduklar\u0131 ko\u015fullard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/yyy-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31591\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/yyy-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"389\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bir adli su\u00e7 olarak #\u00fccretsizstajyerlik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f kanununda yeri olmasa da bir istihdam \u015fekli olarak dayat\u0131lan \u00fccretsiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, mezuniyet sonras\u0131 staj olarak tan\u0131mlanarak yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil uluslararas\u0131 mimarl\u0131k ortam\u0131nda da tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan \u00f6nemli bir sorundur. Kendine g\u00fcveni sistematik olarak zay\u0131flat\u0131lan yeni mezunlar\u0131n bir de kriz d\u00f6nemi ile birlikte i\u015fsiz kalma endi\u015feleri eklenince bu dayatmaya kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k hedef olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGen\u00e7 mimarlar nas\u0131l i\u015f bulur?\u201d sorusu vesilesi ile baz\u0131 deneyimli, i\u015fveren mimarlar\u0131n da \u00fccretsiz stajyerli\u011fi g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fini, bunu e\u011fitimin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak sunarak gen\u00e7 meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6nerdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fe yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 uzun vadede yeni kap\u0131lar a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen mimarlar\u0131n ofislerinde, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn bedelsiz sunulmas\u0131 olan \u00fccretsiz stajyerlik her ne kadar i\u015fverene avantaj sa\u011flasa da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 gibi sunulmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylelikle i\u015f kanununda yeri olmayan, \u00fccretsiz, sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn kanunsuz bi\u00e7imde e\u011fitimin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n disiplin eksiklerinden dem vuran deneyimli i\u015fverenlerimize, mevcut yasal d\u00fczenlemelere dahi uymayan bir \u00f6neri yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da b\u00f6yle bir sistemin bizlere ra\u011fmen yayg\u0131nla\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcns\u00fcn. Proje \u00fcretimi s\u00fcrecinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck gider kaleminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan maa\u015flar\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7eklikte, i\u015fverenlere kendi ceplerinden nas\u0131l muazzam bir k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131k sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6recekler. Hi\u00e7 bir i\u015fveren b\u00f6yle bir k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 reddetmek istemez, peki siz bu sistemi maa\u015fs\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilecek kadar zengin misiniz?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere\u2019de \u00fccretsiz stajyerlik g\u00fcndeminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar nezdinde \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu baz\u0131 geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131. Serpantine Galeri\u2019nin 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 pavyon tasar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6rev verdi\u011fi \u00fcnl\u00fc bir mimarl\u0131k ofisine \u00fccretsiz stajyer bulundurmas\u0131 durumunda birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015famayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, bu y\u00f6nde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada \u00fccretsiz stajyerlik ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimin par\u00e7as\u0131 de\u011fil kanunsuz bir i\u015fleyi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;Bize yalan s\u00f6ylediler&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMimarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 do\u011fas\u0131 b\u00f6yledir\u201d \u015feklindeki ifadelerle \u00fcniversite e\u011fitiminden ba\u015flayarak her f\u0131rsatta yeniden \u00fcretilen kabulleni\u015f, \u00fccretsiz ve plans\u0131z fazla mesailer, pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc, resmi tatil, hastal\u0131k durumu g\u00f6zetilmeden \u00f6nceli\u011fin sadece i\u015fe verilmesi, buna uyum sa\u011flayanlar\u0131n takdir g\u00f6r\u00fcp, insani ko\u015fullar\u0131 arayanlar\u0131n \u00f6tekile\u015ftirildi\u011fi d\u00f6nem kapan\u0131yor arkada\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Bilinmelidir ki, mimarl\u0131k mesle\u011finin sonu\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi anlay\u0131\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.
