Yerel kurultayda al\u0131nan kararlar \u015fu \u015fekilde:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, oda, \u015fube ve temsilciliklerinde cinsel tacize maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerinin, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ve TMMOB \u00fcyelerince tacize u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beyan eden kad\u0131nlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 ciddiyetle ele alarak, onlarla dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde olmak amac\u0131yla, soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi s\u00fcrecinde kad\u0131n\u0131n beyan\u0131n\u0131 esas al\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 2 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, oda, \u015fube ve temsilcilikleri y\u00f6netim kademelerinde kad\u0131n ve erkeklerin dengeli bir bi\u00e7imde da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u201ctoplumsal cinsiyet dengesini\u201d kurmak i\u00e7in sorumluluk al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 3 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB i\u015f yerlerinde (fabrika, arazi, maden i\u015fletmeleri, \u015fantiyelerde) kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na uygun ko\u015fullar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapar, m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olan kad\u0131nlar ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki \u00fccret farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi ve \u201ce\u015fde\u011fer i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret\u201d talebinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in di\u011fer emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle birlikte m\u00fccadele eder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130SK\u0130\u2019nin Melen Projesi kapsam\u0131nda bir ta\u015feron \u015firkette \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Jeodezi ve Fotogrametri M\u00fchendisi meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z G\u00fclseren Yurtta\u015f 27 Eyl\u00fcl 2007\u2019de vin\u00e7 bomunun \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fmesi sonucu hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir. Benzer \u015fekilde Makine M\u00fchendisi meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z Dilek G\u00fcrer Ankara Ostim\u2019de 3 \u015eubat 2011 tarihinde ya\u015fanan patlamada ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015ftir. Sermaye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan emek\u00e7ilerin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayan ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rma bug\u00fcn\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler, mimarlar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in de hayati bir \u00f6nemi ifade etmektedir. Meslek \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz TMMOB\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnme ve rekabet yaratan, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesini ortadan kald\u0131ran, i\u015f cinayetlerine davetiye \u00e7\u0131karan ta\u015feronla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fcyelerini bilgilendirmeli di\u011fer emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte etkin bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmelidir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemde h\u00fck\u00fcmet temsilcileri taraf\u0131ndan dillendirilen, somut olarak Ulusal \u0130stihdam Strateji Raporu ile \u201cistihdam \u00fczerindeki mali y\u00fcklerin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir ve rekabet edebilir bir d\u00fczeye \u00e7ekilmesi\u201d \u00a0amac\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nan \u201cEsnek \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma\u201d, \u201cB\u00f6lgesel asgari \u00fccret\u201d gibi sald\u0131r\u0131lar zamanlama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bekletilmektedir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmet temsilcilerinin medyada konuyu kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131racak uygulamalardan biri olarak sunmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda, g\u00fcvencesiz ve k\u00f6lece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmaya d\u00f6n\u00fck b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir program yatmaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fta kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerindeki s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n derinle\u015fmesi hedeflenmektedir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB b\u00f6lgesel asgari \u00fccret, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imleri gibi e\u015fitsizli\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7may\u0131 hedefleyen sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte m\u00fccadele etmeli; toplumsal muhalefeti g\u00fc\u00e7lendirebilmek i\u00e7in \u00fcyelerini bu konuda bilgilendirecek eylem ve etkinlikler d\u00fczenlemelidir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetin kad\u0131n\u0131 eve hapsetme, ayn\u0131 zamanda piyasaya ucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc olarak sunma ve kad\u0131n\u0131n yok say\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f haline getirilmesi stratejileri a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretim sahalar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131larak insanlar\u0131n meslekli i\u015fsiz ve k\u00f6le durumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri belgelenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MM\u015eP kitlesine d\u00f6n\u00fck \u015fu ba\u015fl\u0131klardan olu\u015fan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Her y\u0131l mezun olan MM\u015eP say\u0131s\u0131 ve kad\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Bunlar\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n oldu\u011fu<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Ka\u00e7\u0131 kendi mesle\u011fini yap\u0131yor ve ka\u00e7\u0131 kad\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 8:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB 12 Haziran se\u00e7imlerinden sonra g\u00fcndeme gelmesi beklenen Yeni Anayasa\u2019da;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1.Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f varl\u0131klar olarak g\u00f6ren anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n anayasada yer almamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin her alanda sa\u011flanmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>2.Dinin siyasalla\u015fmas\u0131 ve sosyal ya\u015famda belirleyici olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00dccretli emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc yaratan piyasac\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n yer almamas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder. Bu talepleri kar\u015f\u0131lamayan anayasa \u00f6nerilerini kamu yarar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeterek reddeder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, Oda, \u015eube y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131, genel kurul delegasyonu ve di\u011fer organlarda cinsiyet dengesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla pozitif destek politikalar\u0131 \u00fcretilerek %35 kad\u0131n kotas\u0131 uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, Oda ve \u015eubeler kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131r\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 11:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, Oda ve \u015fubelerde kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in pozitif destek verir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 12:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, Oda, \u015eube y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131, genel kurul delegasyonu ve di\u011fer organlarda yap\u0131lan se\u00e7imlerde erkek ve kad\u0131n adaylar e\u015fit oy alm\u0131\u015fsa kad\u0131ndan yana tercihini kullan\u0131r. E\u011fer iki kad\u0131n aday e\u015fit oy alm\u0131\u015fsa gen\u00e7leri desteklemek amac\u0131yla \u00fcye sicil numaras\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck olan\u0131 tercih eder\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 13:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB 2. Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131na sunulmak \u00fczere yerel kurultayda al\u0131nan kararlarla ilgili t\u00fcz\u00fck ve y\u00f6netmelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yapacak Mevzuat \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu \u0130stanbul Yerel Kurultay\u0131\u2019nda kurulur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 14:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma grubu, IKK Kad\u0131n, Oda kad\u0131n, \u015fube kad\u0131n komisyonu \u00fcyeleri ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fte bu organlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f as\u0131l ve yedek \u00fcyelerden olu\u015fan TMMOB Kad\u0131n Meclisi kurulur. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 15:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oda kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131, \u015fube kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kendi i\u00e7lerinden \u00f6nerece\u011fi birer as\u0131l ve birer yedek \u00fcyeden ve Oda y\u00f6netim kurulu kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerinden olu\u015fur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 16:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu, Oda Kad\u0131n Komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kendi i\u00e7lerinden \u00f6nerece\u011fi birer as\u0131l ve birer yedek \u00fcye ile TMMOB Y\u00f6netim Kurulu kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerinden olu\u015fur. Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131nda odalar\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenci komisyonlar\u0131na \u00fcye olan \u00f6\u011frenci kad\u0131nlar k\u00fcrs\u00fcde s\u00f6z hakk\u0131na sahip olabilirler.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karar 20:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, 41.
