Denetimler\/muayeneler esnas\u0131nda ihmal edilen veya hafif olarak nitelendirilen kusurlar, ara\u00e7 sahiplerinin\/\u015firketlerin denetmenleri yan\u0131ltacak \u00f6nlemleri veya ara\u00e7lar\u0131n denetimden ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yang\u0131nlar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok g\u00fcvenlik sorununa davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Peki otob\u00fcslerde denetimden ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lan, gizlenen veya tespit edilemeyen kusurlar nelerdir? Nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmelidir?<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"10-numara-yag-kullanimi\">10 numara ya\u011f kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/h5>\n<p>Bir otob\u00fcs veya kamyon yang\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011finde s\u0131kl\u0131kla at\u0131f yap\u0131lan gerek\u00e7elerden en yayg\u0131n\u0131 10 numara ya\u011f kullan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. 10 numara ya\u011f olarak isimlendirilen kimyasal, aslen bir madeni ya\u011f olmakla beraber, ucuz olmas\u0131 sebebiyle a\u011f\u0131r ticari ara\u00e7larda yak\u0131t masraf\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir yak\u0131t \u00e7e\u015fididir. Motorinin i\u00e7erisine \u00e7e\u015fitli bile\u015fimlerde solvent eklenerek \u00fcretilir. Eklenen solvent dolay\u0131s\u0131yla motorinin viskozitesi d\u00fc\u015fer ve parlay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artar. Kendili\u011finden tutu\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 220 \u00b0C olan motorin, solvent katk\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7ok daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda parlayabilir hale gelmektedir. Yak\u0131t hatt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gereken bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve yaz aylar\u0131nda y\u00fckselen s\u0131cakl\u0131klar 10 numara ya\u011f kullanan ara\u00e7larda yang\u0131na davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Akaryak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla artmas\u0131, otob\u00fcs firmalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma h\u0131rs\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lan yak\u0131t\u0131n denetlenmemesi, arac\u0131n motor ve yak\u0131t sistemlerinin \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkilemesine ra\u011fmen nizami motorin yerine 10 numara ya\u011f kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar\u0131n bug\u00fcne kadar 10 numara ya\u011f kullan\u0131m\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nlemler, konunun ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik riskinden ziyade \u201cvergi ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d penceresinden bak\u0131larak 10 numara ya\u011f\u0131n vergilendirilmesinin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7medi. Denetimler 10 numara ya\u011f\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 sorunlara engel olmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, vergi ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck oldu. Yani e\u011fer vergisi \u00f6denen 10 numara ya\u011fdan kullan\u0131rsan\u0131z bir otob\u00fcs\u00fcn yanmas\u0131na sebep olacak yak\u0131t\u0131 otob\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcze doldurman\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde herhangi bir engel g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7larda 10 numara ya\u011f yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda motorun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayacak homologatif y\u00f6netmeliklerin ve bu tip yak\u0131t\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek denetimlerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli toplu ula\u015f\u0131m\/lojistik penceresinden bak\u0131larak geli\u015ftirilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 var.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"uygunsuz-teknik-mudahaleler\">Uygunsuz teknik m\u00fcdahaleler<\/h5>\n<p>Ad\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u201cuygunsuz\u201d teknik m\u00fcdahaleler ara\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ciddi \u015fekilde tehlikeye at\u0131yor. Otob\u00fcs, kamyon gibi a\u011f\u0131r ara\u00e7larda bu uygunsuz m\u00fcdahalelerin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 piyasada \u201cAdBlue Em\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d olarak bilinen cihazlar \u00e7ekiyor. Orta ve a\u011f\u0131r ticari ara\u00e7larda, karbon emisyonunu azaltmak ve belirlenen y\u00f6netmeliklerin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalabilmek amac\u0131yla egzoz sistemlerinde se\u00e7ici katalitik indirgeme (SCR) sistemi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. SCR sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ise egzoz gazlar\u0131n\u0131n kimyasal reaksiyona girebilece\u011fi bir \u00fcre \u00e7\u00f6zeltisine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Ticari ad\u0131 AdBlue olan bu \u00fcre \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi, motordan \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131k gaz atmosfere at\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce karbon monoksit ve azot oksitin (NOx) ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. AdBlue kullan\u0131m\u0131 ara\u00e7 sahipleri i\u00e7in ek bir masraf yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, \u201cAdBlue Em\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d olarak piyasada kolayl\u0131kla bulunabilen cihazlar araca tak\u0131larak \u00fcre bitmi\u015f olsa dahi yeterli miktarda \u00fcre \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi oldu\u011fu sinyalini kontrol \u00fcnitesine g\u00f6ndererek \u00fcniteyi yan\u0131lt\u0131r. Normal \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda, NOx seviyesi y\u00fckseldi\u011finde veya \u00fcre miktar\u0131 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 uyaran ve hatta \u00f6nlem olarak motorun \u00fcretti\u011fi torku k\u0131s\u0131tlayan algoritmalar bu em\u00fclat\u00f6r sayesinde yan\u0131lt\u0131l\u0131r ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaz. B\u00f6ylece performans\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 gereken motor, havay\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derecede kirletmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra beklenenden daha rand\u0131manl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak \u0131s\u0131nmaya devam eder. \u00d6zellikle 10 numara ya\u011f kullan\u0131m\u0131 mevcutsa artan s\u0131cakl\u0131kla beraber yang\u0131n riski de artm\u0131\u015f olur. Ayr\u0131ca egzoz gazlar\u0131na \u00fcre p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclmesi esnas\u0131nda bu gazlar\u0131n so\u011fumas\u0131na da katk\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. Yeterince so\u011futulamayan egzoz gazlar\u0131, egzoz hatlar\u0131n\u0131n civar\u0131ndaki par\u00e7alar\u0131n beklenenden fazla \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na ve yanmas\u0131na sebep olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcre em\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, arac\u0131n uyumlu ve g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan yaz\u0131l\u0131mlara ve ek donan\u0131mlar takmak amac\u0131yla elektrik tesisat\u0131na yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahaleler de ara\u00e7larda yang\u0131n riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. Yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimini ayarlamak veya motor performans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131labilen yaz\u0131l\u0131m m\u00fcdahaleleri, test edilmemi\u015f ve onaylanmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na yol a\u00e7arak, sadece otob\u00fcs, kamyon gibi a\u011f\u0131r hizmet tipi ara\u00e7larda de\u011fil binek otomobillerde de g\u00fcvenlik riskini belirsiz hale getirir. Kahve makinalar\u0131, su \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, ek so\u011futucular gibi arac\u0131n tip onaylar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer almayan ek donat\u0131lar\u0131n tak\u0131lmas\u0131 hem elektrik tesisat\u0131ndaki y\u00fck\u00fcn artmas\u0131na sebep olarak yang\u0131n riski do\u011furur hem de uygulamadan do\u011fabilecek ka\u00e7ak, kontak vb. riskler sebebiyle yolculuklar\u0131 g\u00fcvensiz hale getirir.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7lara tak\u0131lmak \u00fczere piyasada sat\u0131\u015fa sunulan t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin y\u00f6netmeliklere uygunluklar\u0131n\u0131n denetlenmesi, gerekli ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flamayan veya araca tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ihlallere yol a\u00e7an \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na engel olunmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Google\u2019a \u201cAdlue Em\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda gayet \u2018uygun\u2019 fiyatlara sat\u0131lan cihazlara ula\u015fman\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada kullan\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131tlar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ara\u00e7lara yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahalelerin A\u0130TM* y\u00f6netmeliklerine uygunlu\u011funun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulamay\u0131 yapan yerlerin denetlenmesi ve ara\u00e7lardaki denetlemelerin s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"bakimsizlik-ve-kullanim-hatalari\"><strong>Bak\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve kullan\u0131m hatalar\u0131<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Her makinada oldu\u011fu gibi, motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlarda da periyodik bak\u0131mlar ciddi \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlayan par\u00e7alar ve s\u0131v\u0131lar bu periyodik bak\u0131mlar esnas\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. \u00d6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlam\u0131\u015f motor ya\u011flar\u0131, direksiyon ve fren sistemlerindeki hidrolik ya\u011flar yenilenmedi\u011fi durumda s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeyi yeteri kadar \u00f6nleyemez ve sistemin olmas\u0131 gerekenden y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olurlar. Bu s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n zaman\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilmemesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 sistemlerin \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc de ciddi miktarda k\u0131saltarak yang\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda risklerin de olu\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. De\u011fi\u015ftirilen par\u00e7a ve s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n da yine \u00f6nceki k\u0131s\u0131mlarda anlat\u0131lan standartlara sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131 esnas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yeni par\u00e7a ve s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n standartlara uygunlu\u011funu ara\u00e7 sahibinden ba\u015fka denetleyecek bir mekanizma bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Al\u0131nabilecek bir di\u011fer \u00f6nlem standartlara uygun olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesidir. \u0130nternet \u00fczerinden toptan veya perakende al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fin \u00e7ok yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin teknik denetimlerinin yeterince yap\u0131labildi\u011fine dair bir veri elimizde bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Otob\u00fcs seferlerinin s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz aylar\u0131nda ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m s\u00fcreleri de ciddi miktarda artmaktad\u0131r. Bu yo\u011funluk ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n aksat\u0131lmas\u0131na, ertelenmesine sebep oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7ok temel g\u00f6stergelerin g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmesine de yol a\u00e7abilir.
