Bu problemlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, yo\u011fun \u00e7aba harcanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 gerektirir. \u00dclkemizdeki yasal alt yap\u0131s\u0131 hen\u00fcz oturtulmam\u0131\u015f biyoteknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 olan biyom\u00fchendisler, meslek ve meslekta\u015f sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB)&#8217;nin 23 meslek odas\u0131ndan biri olan Odam\u0131z b\u00fcnyesinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye devam etmektedir.<\/div>\n<div>Toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesini y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in matematik, fizik ve kimyan\u0131n temel prensiplerini kullanarak \u00e7e\u015fitli sistemlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve geli\u015ftirilen sistemlerin toplumun hizmetine sunulmas\u0131na k\u0131saca m\u00fchendislik denilmektedir. M\u00fchendislik tan\u0131m\u0131ndan hareketle biyom\u00fchendislik, canl\u0131 sistemlere y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda matematik, fizik ve kimyan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra biyolojinin temel prensiplerinin de kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok disiplinli bir bilim dal\u0131d\u0131r. Biyom\u00fchendislik \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda Biyoproses M\u00fchendisli\u011fi, Genetik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi ve Biyomedikal M\u00fchendisli\u011fi alt dallar\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Biyom\u00fchendislerin sa\u011fl\u0131k, end\u00fcstriyel ve \u00e7evre sekt\u00f6rleri olmak \u00fczere 3 temel grupta toplanabilecek geni\u015f bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsan ve hayvan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n, antibiyotiklerin, vitaminlerin, hormonlar\u0131n fermentasyonla \u00fcretimi, bitkilerden h\u00fccre k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc y\u00f6ntemleriyle ila\u00e7 aktif maddeleri \u00fcretimi, end\u00fcstride kullan\u0131lan asetik, sitrik, laktik, glutamik gibi organik asitlerin, etanol, butanol ve aseton gibi \u00e7\u00f6zgenlerin fermentasyonla \u00fcretimi, sentetik proteinler ve h\u00fccre sistemleri kullan\u0131larak \u00e7e\u015fitli testler i\u00e7in deney hayvan\u0131 yerine veya tedavide kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere karaci\u011fer ve pankreas gibi yapay organlar\u0131n ve implantlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, fermentasyonla yo\u011furt, sirke, tur\u015fu, ekmek mayas\u0131, bira ve \u015farap \u00fcretimi, protein a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 fermentasyonla y\u00fcksek protein i\u00e7erikli tek h\u00fccre proteini veya alg (yosun) \u00fcretilmesi, alglerin karbondioksit emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, do\u011fada biyolojik olarak par\u00e7alanabilen ambalaj malzemelerinin \u00fcretilmesi, organik ve ekolojik tar\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 do\u011fal biyolojik sava\u015f ajanlar\u0131 \u00fcretimi, havadaki azotu g\u00fcbre ama\u00e7l\u0131 topra\u011fa \u00e7ekebilen mikroorganizmalar\u0131n \u00fcretimi, topra\u011f\u0131n ve suyun petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve ya\u011flar gibi \u00e7evre a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zararl\u0131 kimyasallar ile kirlenmesi durumunda kullan\u0131lacak y\u00f6ntemlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi, tar\u0131msal\/hayvansal at\u0131klardan biyogaz, etanol ve hidrojen eldesi ile enerji \u00fcretimi ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 biyom\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131na sadece birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnektir.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00dclkemizde biyom\u00fchendislik lisans e\u011fitimi veren ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ege \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde kurulmu\u015ftur. Ege \u00dcniversitesi Biyom\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015f ve \u00fclkemizin ilk biyom\u00fchendislerini topluma kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Takip eden y\u0131llarda, de\u011fi\u015fik b\u00f6l\u00fcm isimlerine sahip, ancak biyom\u00fchendislik \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanabilecek lisans e\u011fitimi veren \u00fcniversite say\u0131s\u0131nda ve kontenjanlar\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda biyom\u00fchendislik lisans e\u011fitimi veren \u00fcniversite say\u0131s\u0131 sadece 1 ve toplam kontenjan sadece 30 olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda biyom\u00fchendislik \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki lisans e\u011fitimi veren \u00fcniversite say\u0131s\u0131 19\u2019a, toplam kontenjan ise 1033\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 y\u0131la ve biyom\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimi veren \u00fcniversite ve kontenjanlar\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015fa ra\u011fmen, biyom\u00fchendis istihdam\u0131 yaratacak yasal d\u00fczenlemeler konusunda neredeyse hi\u00e7bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biyom\u00fchendislerin meslek alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren bir\u00e7ok Bakanl\u0131k mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n istihdam edilebilecek personel niteliklerinin tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 maddelerinde, meslek dal\u0131 olarak \u201cBiyom\u00fchendislik\u201de yer verilmemi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle biyom\u00fchendisler, ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok disiplinli e\u011fitim sayesinde rahatl\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecekleri bir\u00e7ok meslek alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fans\u0131 bulamam\u0131\u015f ve hak kayb\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda \u00e7e\u015fitli tarihlerde Bakanl\u0131klara resmi yaz\u0131lar yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ancak hen\u00fcz olumlu bir sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>12 Haziran 2011 tarihinde yap\u0131lacak Milletvekili se\u00e7imleri sonras\u0131nda TBMM\u2019de bizleri temsil edecek olan Say\u0131n Milletvekili adaylar\u0131m\u0131zdan biyom\u00fchendisler ad\u0131na talebimiz, meslek alanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ilgilendiren yasal d\u00fczenlemelerde, her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l daha fazla say\u0131da mezun veren biyom\u00fchendislik mesle\u011finin dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve biyom\u00fchendislerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 yaratacak \u015fekilde mevzuatlar\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesidir.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Kamuoyunun bilgisine sunar\u0131z.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Sayg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla,<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>TMMOB<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Kimya M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Y\u00f6netim Kurulu<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Her yenilik beraberinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gereken \u00e7ok say\u0131da problem getirir.
