Bu proje \u0130stanbul\u2019un ihtiyac\u0131 de\u011fil, in\u015faat sermayesinin beslenece\u011fi kapsaml\u0131 bir emlak projesi.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019un en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndemi Kanal \u0130stanbul projesi desek yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz. <\/p>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n se\u00e7im projesi olarak ilan etti\u011fi ve daha sonra aral\u0131klarla g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi Kanal \u0130stanbul, Saray\u2019\u0131n yenildi\u011fi \u0130stanbul se\u00e7imleri sonras\u0131nda bir anda yeniden \u0130stanbullular\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne getirildi.<br \/>\nKanal \u0130stanbul; Saray\u2019\u0131n \u0130stanbul\u2019a dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, kamu varl\u0131klar\u0131na el koyaca\u011f\u0131, \u0130stanbul\u2019un varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 in\u015faat patronlar\u0131na, arazi zenginlerine pazarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mega projeler zincirinin, yani 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc, 3. Havaliman\u0131 ve Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019nun son halkas\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat \u015firketleri Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n Kanal \u0130stanbul hayalini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne kanal manzaral\u0131 proje reklamlar\u0131 yap\u0131yor, \u201chayal\u201d sat\u0131yorlar. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB), 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne b\u00f6lgede 30 milyon m2\u2019lik arazide m\u00fclk de\u011fi\u015fimi ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, in\u015faat \u015firketlerinin, K\u00f6rfez sermayesinin tar\u0131m alan\u0131 niteli\u011findeki arazileri toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ED bitmeden ya\u011fma planlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>23 Aral\u0131k 2019\u2019da ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00c7ED raporuna itirazlar tamamlanmadan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Kanal \u0130stanbul Rezerv Yap\u0131 Alan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 1\/100.000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131\u2019nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapt\u0131. Projenin emlak projesi oldu\u011funu itiraf ettikleri bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, toplamda 33 bin 498 hektarl\u0131k alan\u0131 \u201cimar alan\u0131\u201d olarak ilan etti. \u0130stanbul\u2019un kuzeyi ya\u011fmaya a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje \u0130stanbul\u2019u nas\u0131l tehdit ediyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc, Sazl\u0131dere ve Durusu (Terkos) \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7ecek \u015fekilde projelendirilmi\u015f durumda. Kanal yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 km uzunlu\u011funda ve kanal\u0131n taban geni\u015fli\u011fi 275 metre, derinli\u011fi 20,75 metre \u015feklinde projelendirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Proje g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019un ormanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n\u0131, tar\u0131m arazilerini, yeralt\u0131 ve yer\u00fcst\u00fc su havzalar\u0131n\u0131, havas\u0131n\u0131 ve do\u011fal yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su varl\u0131klar\u0131 yok olu\u015fa u\u011frayacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje alan\u0131 ve \u00e7evresindeki yeralt\u0131 su havzalar\u0131n\u0131 besleyen su varl\u0131klar\u0131 Karadeniz ve Marmara denizinin tuzlu sular\u0131 ile kar\u0131\u015facak. Y\u0131ll\u0131k 55 milyon m3 kapasitesiyle \u0130stanbul Avrupa Yakas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir tatl\u0131 su varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 g\u00fczerg\u00e2h i\u00e7inde kalarak yok olacak. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 736,2 km2 alan\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul\u2019un %20\u2019lik su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan ikinci b\u00fcy\u00fck havzas\u0131 Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc ve civar\u0131 tatl\u0131 su-kumul ekosistemleriyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki en zengin floraya sahip iken proje nedeniyle tuzlanacak ve yeralt\u0131ndaki beslenme damarlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybedecek. H\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 Istrancalar\u2019dan Sakarya\u2019ya uzanan geni\u015f bir b\u00f6lgeden sa\u011flamak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan \u0130stanbul, \u00fcst\u00fcne kendi su varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da kaybetme riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya. \u0130stanbul\u2019da, musluktan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, temiz, i\u00e7ilebilir su temini m\u00fcmk\u00fcnken ve hala bir g\u00f6rev olarak dururken, bu olanak daha da zorla\u015facak. Logistik gerektiren, hem sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z hem paral\u0131 plastik \u015fi\u015felere\/damacanalara s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan haz\u0131r su, hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam edecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca proje etki alan\u0131n\u0131n %78,83\u2019\u00fc farkl\u0131 niteliklere sahip tar\u0131m arazilerinden olu\u015fuyor. Yani \u0130stanbul\u2019a g\u0131da sa\u011flayan nitelikli tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 projeyle yok olacak, \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00e7eperlerinde tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim yapan \u0130stanbullular yerlerinden edilecek, tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 zarar g\u00f6recek ve bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7evresine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u0130stanbul\u2019da g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fckselmeye devam edecek.<strong>*<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Hafriyat y\u00fck\u00fc, hava kirlili\u011fi ve dolgu talan\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projede \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyar m3&#8217;l\u00fck hafriyat i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 4 y\u0131l devam edecek. Bu hafriyat \u0130stanbul\u2019da 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k hafriyat miktar\u0131na e\u015fit. Hafriyat operasyonu i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k saatte 2 bin 283 kamyon seferi yap\u0131lacak, kentin havas\u0131 kirletilecek. Politeknik\u2019in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanal \u0130stanbul Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re bu hafriyat\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 toz emisyonu 600 kg. Yani Sanayi Kaynakl\u0131 Hava Kirlili\u011fi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ndeki limit de\u011ferin 600 kat\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hafriyat kamyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yarataca\u011f\u0131 trafik y\u00fck\u00fc, ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 tehdit katlanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Projede \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen hafriyat Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda 800 milyon m3\u2019l\u00fck bir dolguya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek, k\u0131y\u0131 yok edilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projeye kar\u015f\u0131 seferberlik <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi \u00c7ED Raporu\u2019nu 23 Aral\u0131k 2019\u2019da ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Rapor ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7\u0131kmaz kentine, gelece\u011fine, ya\u015fam\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00fczbinlerce insan itiraz dilek\u00e7eleriyle \u00e7evre ve \u015fehircilik il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin kap\u0131s\u0131na dayand\u0131. Sadece \u0130stanbul\u2019da da de\u011fil; Artvin\u2019den \u00c7anakkale\u2019ye, Antalya\u2019dan Ankara\u2019ya halk\u0131n, kentin, do\u011fan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 yok sayan projenin durdurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in seferberlik \u015feklinde itiraz hareketi ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da projeyi durdurmak \u00fczere 130\u2019a yak\u0131n kurum yan yana gelerek \u201cYa Kanal, Ya \u0130stanbul Koordinasyonu\u201dnu olu\u015fturdu ve kente zarar verecek projenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sesini birle\u015ftirdi. \u015eimdi kentin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda kente sahip \u00e7\u0131kanlar\u0131n itirazlar\u0131, talepleri g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu projenin referandumu yap\u0131lamaz <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projeye kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrerken \u201cKanal \u0130stanbul halka sorulsun\u201d diyenlere de bir \u00e7ift s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz olsun. \u0130stanbul\u2019a verece\u011fi zararlar bilimsel verilerle ortada olan projenin referandumu yap\u0131lamaz. \u0130stanbul\u2019un ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131, suyu, nefesi se\u00e7im konusu edilemez.<\/p>\n<p>Bu proje \u0130stanbul\u2019un ihtiyac\u0131 de\u011fil, in\u015faat sermayesinin beslenece\u011fi kapsaml\u0131 bir emlak projesi.
