D\u00fcn (23.10.2011) \u00f6\u011flen saatlerinde meydana gelen deremde denentimsiz yap\u0131lar \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00fcme ve yaralanmaya yol a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Van&#8217;da meydana gelen deprem bir kez daha deprem g\u00fcvensiz yap\u0131lar ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. Denetimi yap\u0131lmayan g\u00fcvensiz yap\u0131larla birlikte acil eylem plan\u0131 eksiklikleri de halk\u0131n ma\u011fduriyetini artt\u0131ran sebepler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>Bir kez daha toptan \u00e7\u00f6ken bina g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div>Van&#8217;da \u015fu an i\u00e7in belirtilen \u00f6l\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131 iki y\u00fcz\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015f durumda. B\u00f6lgeden al\u0131nan bilgilere g\u00f6re ise bu say\u0131dan \u00e7ok daha fazla \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Gerekli zemin et\u00fctleri yap\u0131lmadan ve ilgili bakanl\u0131k ve yerel y\u00f6netimlerce denetimsiz b\u0131rak\u0131larak in\u015fa edilen ve ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131lan yap\u0131lar depremde toptan \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc ve \u00f6l\u00fcmlere yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Toptan \u00e7\u00f6ken binalar aras\u0131nda kamu binalar\u0131 da yer al\u0131yor. Deprem sonras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok hasar g\u00f6ren yer olan Van&#8217;\u0131n Ercis il\u00e7esinde devlet hastanesi b\u00fcy\u00fck hasar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f durumda. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>AKP rant sa\u011fl\u0131yor, halk \u00f6l\u00fcyor!<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div>17 A\u011fustos 1999&#8217;da Marmara&#8217;da meydana gelen deprem sonras\u0131 deprem g\u00fcndemli tart\u0131\u015fmalar yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131. Yap\u0131lar\u0131n depreme g\u00fcvenli hale getirilerek deprem g\u00fcvenli bar\u0131nma i\u00e7in s\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gereken &#8216;kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm&#8217; projeleri, AKP&#8217;nin h\u00fck\u00fcmet oldu\u011fu y\u0131llar boyunca yaln\u0131zca rant odakl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye devam ediyor. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn rantsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olarak i\u015fletildi\u011fi bir \u00e7ok proje halk\u0131n bar\u0131nma hakk\u0131n\u0131 elinden almaya d\u00f6n\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131larla ilerliyor. G\u00fcvenli bar\u0131nmaya ili\u015fkin olarak yap\u0131larda kamu denetimi sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekirken AKP&#8217;nin iktidar oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde denetim faaliyetleri de h\u0131zla piyasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
