Yanlar\u0131na erzak, \u00e7ad\u0131r, jenerat\u00f6r ve teknik ekipman alan kafile depremde en b\u00fcy\u00fck hasar\u0131 alan yerlerden biri olan Erci\u015f&#8217;te s\u00fcrekli bir irtibat ve yard\u0131m merkezi kuracak.
