Yaz\u0131da, \u201cHakk\u0131n\u0131zda uygulanan idari para cezas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Kurum\u2019dan \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrosu izin belgesi almadan i\u015f ve i\u015f\u00e7i bulmaya arac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetinde bulundu\u011funuzun tekrar tespit edilmesi halinde fiilin her bir tekrar\u0131nda 24 bin 656 TL idari para cezas\u0131 tahakkuk ettirilecektir\u201d denildi.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\"><br \/><\/font><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><font color=\"#000000\">EMO bu cezaya kar\u015f\u0131 Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde dava a\u00e7t\u0131. Ancak itiraz reddedildi ve para cezas\u0131 kesinle\u015fti. Oda y\u00f6neticileri bu cezaya tepkilerini \u201cHer alan\u0131 ticarile\u015ftirmede pervas\u0131zca yasal d\u00fczenleme yapma h\u0131z\u0131na yeti\u015femedi\u011fimiz h\u00fck\u00fcmet, \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131 ile bu alan\u0131 da ticarile\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.
