K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 liste %15 oy kaybetti ve 550 oy ald\u0131; Mavi Liste oylar\u0131n\u0131 %71 art\u0131rarak 1100\u2019e yak\u0131n oy ald\u0131. \u00d6zellikle gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin oy kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 son 2 sand\u0131kta Mavi Liste\u2019ye %72 civar\u0131 oy \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Peki ne oldu da; K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Liste\u2019nin (AKP\u2019den milletvekili aday\u0131 da olan) Ba\u015fkan Aday\u0131n\u0131n da ifade etti\u011fi gibi; <strong>\u201cGen\u00e7 M\u00fchendisler Oda ile ilgili bir s\u00fcrece bu kadar yo\u011fun i\u015ftirak edip, tevecc\u00fchlerini Mavi Liste\u2019den yana kulland\u0131lar.\u201d?<\/strong> Ya da ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle; ne oldu da uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r ilk defa gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisler tesad\u00fcfi veya ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkilerle de\u011fil de organize ve kitlesel bir bi\u00e7imde Odaya m\u00fcdahil oldular?<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asl\u0131nda gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislere y\u00f6nelik bu tart\u0131\u015fma bu kadar yo\u011fun olmasa da MMO ve di\u011fer Odalara ba\u011fl\u0131 baz\u0131 \u015eubelerde uzun s\u00fcredir yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rg\u00fct i\u00e7inde \u00a0\u201cNe olacak bu son sand\u0131klar\u0131n hali?\u201d sorusuyla s\u00fcrekli g\u00fcndeme getirilen gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin e\u011filimleri tedirginlik konusu olmaktad\u0131r. Gelece\u011fimiz olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, Teoman \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019ten ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 onurlu miras\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme iddias\u0131nda olan meslek \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llardaki \u201cselamet\u201di i\u00e7in bu konuda deneyimlerimizi yaz\u0131ya d\u00f6kmekte fayda var.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tekrar vurgulamak gerekirse \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 itibariyle ortalama b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte say\u0131labilecek bir MMO \u015eubesi olan Eski\u015fehir \u015eubesi\u2019nin son 2 se\u00e7iminin kaderini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisler belirlemi\u015ftir. Eski\u015fehir\u2019deki \u015eube se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak ilk ve en \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7 budur.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asl\u0131nda gen\u00e7 \u00fcyelerin s\u00fcre\u00e7te bu kadar s\u00f6z sahibi olma ihtimali y\u0131llard\u0131r matematik ve istatistik bilimlerinin bize \u0131srarla s\u00f6ylemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durumdu. 2003-2010 aras\u0131nda \u00fcniversite say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>78\u2018den 141\u2018e<\/strong> y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. MMO\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 meslek disiplinleriyle ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc bulunan \u00fcniversite say\u0131s\u0131 ise<strong> 54\u2018ten 89\u2018a<\/strong>, fak\u00fclte say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>60\u2018tan 98\u2018e<\/strong>, b\u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131 da<strong> 138\u2018den 306\u2018ya<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yani MMO\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 disiplinlerle ilgili \u00f6\u011fretim yapan <strong>\u00fcniversitelerde %65, fak\u00fcltelerde % 63, b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde ise % 121 oran\u0131nda y\u00fcksek bir art\u0131\u015f olmu\u015ftur.<\/strong> \u0130lgili m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131nda da benzer bir durum s\u00f6z konusudur. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2010 y\u0131l\u0131na \u00f6\u011frenci kontenjanlar\u0131nda %148 art\u0131\u015f olmu\u015ftur. A\u00e7\u0131lan onlarca m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc daha mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 tam vermeden bile bu durumun sonucu 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda 55000\u2019lerde seyreden sicil numaralar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bug\u00fcn 86000\u2019i a\u015fmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zellikle 60000-86000 sicil numaras\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00a0b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlukla 30 ya\u015f alt\u0131 gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r (yakla\u015f\u0131k 24000 tane 30 ya\u015f alt\u0131 gen\u00e7 \u00fcye vard\u0131r).<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eski\u015fehir \u00f6zelinde bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da durum farks\u0131z de\u011fildir. Son kontenjan art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile her y\u0131l ortalama<strong> 250 civar\u0131 Makine ve End\u00fcstri M\u00fchendisi mezun olmakta<\/strong>, mezun olduktan sonra ba\u015fka kentlere giden ve yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in kente gelen m\u00fchendis say\u0131lar\u0131 birbirini dengelemektedir. Oran olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yeni mezun m\u00fchendislerde i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 %50\u2019leri zorlamakta, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretle ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerde en \u00f6nemli sorunlar olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 say\u0131daki kurumsal firma d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fchendislerin i\u015fe ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 \u00fccretleri 1000 TL\u2019nin alt\u0131nda olup, sigortas\u0131 tam \u00f6denmeyen ya da asgari \u00fccretten \u00f6denen \u00e7ok fazla say\u0131da gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin MMO\u2019nun serbest \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendisler (SMM) i\u00e7in \u00f6nerdi\u011fi ve uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> 1815 TL\u2019lik br\u00fct (net 1365 TL)<\/strong> \u00fccretlendirmeyi (yeni mezunlar i\u00e7in insanca ya\u015fama ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak kadar oldu\u011funu varsayarsak) gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin kabaca <strong>%70\u2019lik bir kesimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n ilk birka\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00f6rememektedir.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00fcm bu olumsuzluklar, neredeyse mezun olunca \u00fcye olabilecekleri tek ciddi kurum MMO olan gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerde bir beklenti yaratm\u0131\u015f durumda. MMO bu beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131layabilir mi? \u00a0Bu noktada se\u00e7im d\u00f6neminden birka\u00e7 deneyimi vurgulamakta ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131 aktarmakta fayda var:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-\u2018Mesleki ve Demokratik Kitle \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019 bi\u00e7iminde olan tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z\u0131n \u2018Mesleki\u2019 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmeyip, \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fczde olan mesleki bilgi ve birikimi \u00e7e\u015fitli kanallarla gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislere aktarabilmemiz, gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin Odaya olan ilgisini olduk\u00e7a art\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Deneyimli Demokrat M\u00fchendislerin \u2018g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck\u2019 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, yeni nesil gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislere \u2018mesleki dayan\u0131\u015fma\u2019 amac\u0131yla \u2018\u00fccretsiz\u2019 bilgi aktar\u0131m\u0131 (seminer, konferans, panel) yapmas\u0131 fikri \u00e7ok basittir ama \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fczde yeterince uygulanmamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7\u0131tay\u0131 daha yukar\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131mam\u0131z gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda kariyer kul\u00fcpleri-derneklerinin insaf\u0131na terk edilmi\u015f olunacakt\u0131r. Sonras\u0131 malum: Liberal soslu AKP listeleri ile mevcut Demokrat Listelere rakip olmak. Eski\u015fehir\u2019de ya\u015fanan s\u00fcre\u00e7 tam da b\u00f6yle geli\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-\u2018Mesleki ve Demokratik Kitle \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019 bi\u00e7iminde olan tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z\u0131n \u2018Demokratik Kitle \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmeyip, se\u00e7imden aylar \u00f6nceden ba\u015flanarak gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerle y\u00fcz y\u00fcze yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan ve gen\u00e7 \u00fcyelerde ilgi uyand\u0131ran s\u00f6ylemlere bir g\u00f6z att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; \u201c\u00fcyenin m\u00fc\u015fteri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fi, \u00fcye \u00fczerinden kar amac\u0131 g\u00fctmeyen, i\u015fsiz \u00fcyesinden aidat almayan, yine i\u015fsiz \u00fcyelerinin mesleki geli\u015fimine \u00fccretsiz katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan, \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretleri ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilin\u00e7lendirme faaliyeti yapan bir Oda\u2026\u201d G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi \u00e7ok basite indirgenmi\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131m\u0131z bile \u201cGen\u00e7 M\u00fchendisleri \u00d6rg\u00fctleme\u201d perspektifiyle organize bir bi\u00e7imde uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabiliyor. Yeter ki perspektifi tan\u0131mlayal\u0131m.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-\u2018Gen\u00e7lik\u2019 \u00f6zg\u00fcn karakteri itibariyle \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi gereken bir topluluktur. MMO kadrolar\u0131 da \u00fcniversite y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131, \u00fcniversiter duru\u015fun gerektirdi\u011fi gibi ayd\u0131n ve muhalif \u00a0bir bi\u00e7imde \u00fcniversite \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinin i\u00e7inde; bilimden, emekten ve \u00fcniversiteden yana bir duru\u015f sergileyerek ge\u00e7irmi\u015flerdir. Devletler gen\u00e7lere ayr\u0131 bakanl\u0131k veriyorken (uygulamalarda tam olarak g\u00f6remesek de b\u00f6yle yapma zorunlulu\u011funu bilmeleri gen\u00e7li\u011fi ayr\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlemenin me\u015frulu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir), siyasi partiler gen\u00e7lik kollar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131yorken, derneklerin hatta ve hatta \u0130slamc\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin bile gen\u00e7lik kanatlar\u0131 var iken bir m\u00fchendis meslek \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcnde de (mevzuatta olmasa bile fiilen) gen\u00e7lerin ayr\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi gerekmez mi? Nas\u0131l End\u00fcstri M\u00fchendisleri i\u00e7in, U\u00e7ak M\u00fchendisleri i\u00e7in, Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in, \u00d6\u011frenci \u00fcyelerimiz i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 birer komisyonumuz varsa gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisleri de \u00f6zg\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 ayr\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebiliriz. \u00d6rne\u011fin ya\u015f ve maa\u015f ortalamas\u0131 hayli fazla olan Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve Meslek Komisyonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda \u2018Gen\u00e7 Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurullar\u0131\u2019 olmas\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin Odadaki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara bu \u015fekilde kanalize olmas\u0131, zaten meslek komisyonlar\u0131nda ve Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurullar\u0131nda kendini ifade edemeyen gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin Odaya olan ilgisini ve heyecan\u0131n\u0131 olduk\u00e7a art\u0131rabilmektedir. Eski\u015fehir deneyimi bize bunu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yukar\u0131da yaz\u0131n\u0131n ilk k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda bahsi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm olumsuz ko\u015fullar\u0131n temel sebebi olan neo-liberal politikalar\u0131n uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin Odalardaki uzant\u0131lar\u0131 olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan h\u00fck\u00fcmet destekli listeler, temelde Odalar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in g\u00f6zlerini gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis oylar\u0131na dikmi\u015f durumdad\u0131rlar. Benzer s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin t\u00fcm \u015eubelerde olu\u015fmas\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemeldir. Eski\u015fehir\u2019de de AKP\u2019nin se\u00e7im \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na benzer taktik ve s\u00f6ylemlerle (i\u00e7i bo\u015f i\u015f vaatleri, cep har\u00e7l\u0131klar\u0131, firma de\u011fi\u015ftirme teklifleri, s\u00fcsl\u00fc-yald\u0131zl\u0131 laf\u0131zlarla dolu bilboard reklamlar\u0131, se\u00e7im ara\u00e7lar\u0131, se\u00e7im b\u00fcrolar\u0131 vs.) yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma 2. denemelerinde bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Bu se\u00e7im s\u00fcreci g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki; gelecek kayg\u0131s\u0131 ve g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, say\u0131lar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ivmeyle artan gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin Makine M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131\u2019ndan beklentilerini \u201cteam\u00fclleri a\u015fan bi\u00e7imde\u201d art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
