Ve bu politikalar\u0131n mek\u00e2nsal boyutunu atlamamam\u0131z l\u00e2z\u0131m.\u201d M\u00fccella Yap\u0131c\u0131<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar Beyo\u011flu\u2019na toplu sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 uzun s\u00fcredir planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatta nihayet oturttu, Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu\u2019nu \u201cfestivalledi\u201d. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi silen, bug\u00fcn\u00fc zorla\u015ft\u0131ran, gelece\u011fi belirsizle\u015ftiren y\u0131k\u0131m, zengini zenginle\u015ftiren talan ve rant ve Beyo\u011flu\u2019nu \u00f6teden beri ba\u011fr\u0131 bilmi\u015f \u00f6teki seslerin bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi dahil bu sald\u0131r\u0131ya.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi \u201cgenel marka\u201d, \u0130stanbul\u2019u bu markaya \u201cart\u0131 de\u011fer kazand\u0131racak\u201d uluslararas\u0131 marka olarak g\u00f6ren iktidar, uzun zamand\u0131r Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun i\u00e7ini bo\u015faltarak, bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f \u201cdestinasyon\u201duna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek, zorda kal\u0131nca \u015fiddete ba\u015fvurarak \u201cd\u00fcnya sahnesine\u201d pazarl\u0131yor. Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu da bu amaca hizmet edecek \u201cprestij eser\u201dleri dizdikleri bir \u201ccazibe merkezi\u201dnin i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7en, kasan\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak rota.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131rnak i\u00e7indeki terimler marketing s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden de\u011fil, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7akma AKM\u2019deki Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmadan. Bakan\u0131n bahsetmedi\u011fi \u015fey, ya\u015fayan Beyo\u011flu ve Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda ya\u015fayanlar. Nitekim, Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu\u2019nun bundan b\u00f6yle belli ki ana hatt\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 plan yap\u0131lar\u0131, soka\u011f\u0131, t\u00fcm ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek ve ya\u015fam\u0131 savunanlar\u0131 kovarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konuyor. Sa\u011f \u00fcst k\u00f6\u015feye ge\u00e7elim: Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019nin, Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun t\u00fcm \u201cprestij eser\u201dlerini \u00f6l\u00e7eksizce s\u0131raya dizdi\u011fi, mart\u0131 ve tramvayla ba\u015flayan, oradan, \u00f6nce i\u015fletmesi \u0130BB\u2019den al\u0131n\u0131p sonra Hilti\u2019yle i\u00e7i oyulan Galata Kulesi\u2019ne u\u011frayan ve neyi simgeledi\u011fi konusunda mimar\u0131n\u0131n, tasar\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fcreticisinin suskun kalmay\u0131 tercih etti\u011fi k\u0131z\u0131l k\u00fcreli \u201cyeni\u201d AKM\u2019yle biten bir \u201ccephe\u201d \u00e7izen logosu. Sa\u011f altta Galatamort web sitesi ve sosyal medya adresleri, sol altta ise logosu. Sorular\u0131m\u0131za yakla\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ortada ise 2018\u2019de kaybetti\u011fimiz, modern T\u00fcrkiye tarihinin herhalde en \u00f6nemli foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 yaz\u0131yor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sergi onun \u00e7ekti\u011fi foto\u011fraflardan olu\u015fuyor: Ara G\u00fcler. Serginin ad\u0131 ise Denize \u0130nen Yol. B\u00f6yle bir foto\u011fraf sergisinin ismi nispeten k\u0131sa olmal\u0131 herhalde, o y\u00fczden sergiyi d\u00fczenleyenler \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u015fey denememi\u015f: Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u015eantiyeye \u00c7evirdi\u011fimiz \u015eimdi De Araya Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f Merkezi Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u0130\u00e7in Epeydir Denize \u0130nemeyen Yol.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7i Karak\u00f6y-Kabata\u015f hatt\u0131n\u0131n dev \u015fantiyeleri Ara G\u00fcler\u2019in foto\u011fraflar\u0131na yabanc\u0131 de\u011fil. Ustan\u0131n foto\u011fraflar\u0131n\u0131n ve Devrim Erbil\u2019in resimlerinin bilbord-boyu r\u00f6prod\u00fcksiyonlar\u0131, binlerce imzan\u0131n da topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitlesel eylemlerle protesto edilen ve nihayetinde uygulanamayan Kabata\u015f Mart\u0131 Projesi \u015fantiyesini kapatmak i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hat\u0131rlatal\u0131m, bu afi\u015flerden birine \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir m\u00fcdahalede bulunan sanat\u00e7\u0131 \u0130zinsiz de uydurma su\u00e7lamalarla yarg\u0131lanmaya devam ediyor, sonraki duru\u015fma 13 Ocak 2022\u2019de.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"boyun-egmenin-imgesi\">Boyun e\u011fmenin imgesi<\/h5>\n<p>Hat\u0131rlamak demi\u015fken, sekiz y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine gidelim. O karelerin birer foto\u011fraf olarak pek \u00f6nemi yoktu, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fuydu: Alan\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 \u00fcne sahip sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olarak Ara G\u00fcler, orada foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekerek, elinde foto\u011fraf makinesiyle orada bulunarak, boyun e\u011fmenin imgesi haline geldi.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bu soruyu \u0131srarla sormam\u0131z gerekiyor: Bir sanat\u00e7\u0131, bir ayd\u0131n, bir muhalif neden hakikate kar\u015f\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131, Gezi\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 bir organizasyonun i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131r?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maalesef iktidara, iktidarlara yak\u0131n durdu\u011fu ne ilk ne son and\u0131 bu. O iftar gecesinde sahneye \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 ayarlayan d\u00f6nemin Beyo\u011flu Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Misbah Demircan, iki y\u0131l sonra Ara G\u00fcler\u2019e \u201cBeyo\u011flu Ni\u015fan\u0131\u201d diye bir \u015fey takacakt\u0131. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu \u201cvizyon\u201dunun da mucitlerinden olan Demircan, bug\u00fcn K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakan\u0131 Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n toplu foto\u011fraf\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"zor-sorular\">Zor sorular<\/h5>\n<p>Gelelim zor sorulara. Ara G\u00fcler kendisini ve mesle\u011fini nas\u0131l tan\u0131mlarsa tan\u0131mlas\u0131n, hem gazete foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, hem foto\u011fraf sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, pek bilinmese de, ke\u015fke devam etseydi dedirtecek kadar iyi bir hik\u00e2yeci (konudan uzakla\u015f\u0131yorsun demeyin, Babil\u2019den Sonra Ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131z\u2019\u0131 okuyun). \u015eehri, toplumu, insan\u0131 derinden bildi\u011fi dudaklar\u0131ndan d\u00f6k\u00fclen ilk c\u00fcmlelerle hemen belli olan biri. Se\u00e7ti\u011fi konulardan ve kendi ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da toplumun ortalama dura\u011fanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011fil, u\u00e7ta ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki birey ve deneyimlere meyletti\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, \u201csanat\u00e7\u0131\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131na hakk\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6ylesine veren Ara G\u00fcler, neden Gezi gibi geni\u015f tabanl\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin direni\u015f tarihinde bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olu\u015fturan, her \u015feyin ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc olabilece\u011fine dair yollar g\u00f6steren bir \u00e2n\u0131, hem de hen\u00fcz sesleri, kokusu sokaktayken, bu kadar so\u011fuk bir duru\u015fla itmi\u015f, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>Alm\u0131\u015fsa alm\u0131\u015f, sil ge\u00e7 denebilir, parayd\u0131, ili\u015fkilerdi denebilir, birey \u00fczerinden gitme denebilir. Ama bug\u00fcn, Ara G\u00fcler kadar \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 olmasa da yeni \u00f6rneklerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131nca, bu soruyu daha \u0131srarla sormam\u0131z gerekiyor: Bir sanat\u00e7\u0131, bir ayd\u0131n, bir muhalif neden hakikate kar\u015f\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131, Gezi\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 bir organizasyonun i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn, Beyo\u011flu\u2019nu al\u0131p, i\u00e7ini kemirip kabu\u011funu al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezine cephe yapmak isteyen ve Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019yle yeni bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7en bir sald\u0131r\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Bu festivale sanat alan\u0131ndan geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131, kurumsal ve bireysel bir kat\u0131l\u0131m oldu, baz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za beklenmedik, baz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc gelen. Ara G\u00fcler \u00f6rne\u011finin bize sordurdu\u011fu sorular, bu g\u00fcncel olguyu a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir mi?<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"zombi-binalar\">Zombi binalar<\/h5>\n<p>Gezi\u2019den sekiz y\u0131l sonra, Gezi iki kere beraat etmi\u015f \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kez yarg\u0131lan\u0131rken, \u00f6nce \u015funu \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde s\u00f6yleyelim ve anlayal\u0131m: E\u011fer Gezi direni\u015fi olmasayd\u0131, Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu, Gezi Park\u0131\u2019na yap\u0131lacak al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezinde bitecekti. Fakat Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019ni d\u00fczenleyen K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi ve ta\u015feronlar\u0131, yine de Gezi Park\u0131\u2019na el atmadan edememi\u015fler ve festivalleri kapsam\u0131ndaki baz\u0131 sergileri parka da bula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015flar. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi\u2019nin \u201cmarka\u201ds\u0131 Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019nin logolar\u0131 vard\u0131. Alt\u0131nda ise \u201cKartografya-Yaya Sergisi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sonra k\u00fcrat\u00f6r\u00fcn ve sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n isimleri (K\u00fcrat\u00f6r: Ali Akay, Sanat\u00e7\u0131lar: Ay\u015fe Erkmen, Bar\u0131\u015f Do\u011frus\u00f6z [\u00e7ekildi\u011fini belirtti], G\u00fcne\u015f Terkol, Leyla Gediz, Lara \u00d6gel, Nasan Tur, Seza Paker, Volkan Aslan, Wang Du).<\/p>\n<p>Afi\u015f feciydi: Dikine dikd\u00f6rtgen siyah sar\u0131 degrade bir bo\u015flu\u011fun alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda topla\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u00fc\u00e7gen-dikd\u00f6rtgen y\u00fczeyli, alt\u0131n renkli, \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu geometrik objelerin \u00fcst\u00fcnde d\u00fcz beyaz yaz\u0131lar. Urban\u2019\u0131n oradaki Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali karton k\u00fcnye panosu, bu konumun M\u00fceyyet Sokak oldu\u011funda \u0131srarc\u0131yd\u0131. Buras\u0131 elbette Kartal Sokak\u2019t\u0131, ama Beyo\u011flu\u2019nu ne kadar iyi bilirseniz bilin, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 himayesindeki bir serginin haritas\u0131na itiraz etmek tats\u0131z sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7abilir. Bug\u00fcn Kartal\u2019d\u0131r, yar\u0131n M\u00fceyyet, teyit etmek i\u00e7in tek adres iktidard\u0131r. Neticede ne isimler de\u011fi\u015ftirildi Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda, \u0130stanbul\u2019un her yerinde.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"kintsugi-ve-sumuklubocek\">Kintsugi ve s\u00fcm\u00fckl\u00fcb\u00f6cek<\/h5>\n<p>Son olarak Lara \u00d6gel\u2019in i\u015finden bahsetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. Beni en zorlayan i\u015f de bu oldu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc iki ayr\u0131 konumda karton k\u00fcnyelerini bulsam da, bu i\u015fi ger\u00e7ekten g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmden emin de\u011filim. Art\u0131k \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmayacaks\u0131n\u0131z, i\u015fin ilk k\u0131sm\u0131 haritada g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi sokakta, yani Balo Sokak\u2019ta de\u011fildi. Hay\u0131r demek pek\u00e2l\u00e2 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn, gerekli. Beg\u00fcm \u00d6zden F\u0131rat\u2019\u0131n tarihsel bir bak\u0131\u015fla \u201ckamusall\u0131\u011f\u0131n bitmek bilmeyen \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi s\u00fcrecin g\u00fcncel sanat alan\u0131ndaki izi olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm iki olay 2021\u2019in son aylar\u0131nda ya\u015fand\u0131: \u00c7ok daha a\u011f\u0131r bir y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 kalbinde, Sur\u2019da ya\u015fayan Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da, Ahmet G\u00fcne\u015ftekin\u2019in Haf\u0131za Odas\u0131 sergisinin ard\u0131ndan, \u0130stanbul\u2019da, Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun g\u00f6be\u011finde Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali \u201corganizasyonu\u201d yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u201cOrganizasyon\u201d yerinde bir kelime, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc iki olayda da, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ta\u015f\u0131salar da, siyasi ve ekonomik iktidar odaklar\u0131yla ili\u015fkili himaye yap\u0131s\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015flardaki \u015fenlikli, festivalli g\u00f6steri ve Ke\u00e7i Burcu\u2019ndan Gezi Park\u0131\u2019na kamusal mek\u00e2na yerle\u015fimden olu\u015fan kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m belirleyici.<\/p>\n<p>Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019ni konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz bir radyo program\u0131nda, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz d\u00f6nemde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan iki kavram olarak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Beyo\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivali\u2019nin yaya sergisi Kartografya\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczeyine biraz bile dokununca, burada iletilen g\u00f6rsel, i\u015fitsel, metinsel mesaj\u0131n farkl\u0131 seslerin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir ruhla kendini duyurabildi\u011fi bir semtle ili\u015fkili bir mesaj olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00d6ncelikle, b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00fct\u00e7esine ra\u011fmen sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun eskiden \u00fcretti\u011fi i\u015flerden alelacele biti\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir sergi bu.<\/p>\n<p>Bir semte, hem de Beyo\u011flu\u2019na dair oldu\u011funu iddia eden, yaya sergisi gibi iddial\u0131 bir kavram\u0131 \u00fcstlenmi\u015f gibi yapan bu sergi, yanl\u0131\u015flarla dolu haritas\u0131 ve k\u00fcnyeleriyle, s\u0131radan bir turistik turun gereklerini bile yerine getirmiyor. Bar\u0131\u015f Do\u011frus\u00f6z\u2019\u00fcn sergi hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131lmadan sergiden \u00e7ekildi\u011fini kamusal olarak duyurmas\u0131n\u0131 ondan istemi\u015f olsam da, \u015f\u00fcphesiz bunu sergiyi d\u00fczenleyenler de yapabilirdi, yapmal\u0131yd\u0131.
