Avrupa \u00fclkelerinden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6nderilen plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n miktar\u0131 Eurostat verilerine g\u00f6re 2004\u2019ten bu yana 196 kat artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye yaln\u0131zca Avrupa\u2019dan 2020\u2019de 656 bin 960 ton plastik at\u0131k ithal etti. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019dan 518 bin 80 ton plastik at\u0131k ithal eden T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n plastik \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcn\u00fc almada yine birinci oldu. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da at\u0131lan her \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7\u00f6pten birinin son dura\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye oldu.<\/p>\n<p>29 Mart 2022\u2019de yay\u0131nlanan bir haberde, Londra\u2019daki \u00fc\u00e7 TESCO geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kutusuna, \u00fc\u00e7 adet GPS cihaz\u0131 yerle\u015ftirilerek \u0130ngiltere\u2019den yola \u00e7\u0131kan plastik \u00e7\u00f6plerinin nereye gitti\u011finin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi yer al\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonunda GPS yerle\u015ftirilen plastik at\u0131k kutular\u0131ndan birinin Adana\u2019ya geldi\u011fi ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tesisi olmayan bir b\u00f6lgeye at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerine bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapmak zorunda kalan \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum, \u201c\u00c7evre Kanunu gere\u011fince tehlikeli, geri kazan\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan ve bertaraf ama\u00e7l\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n ithalat\u0131 yasak. Ortaya at\u0131lan iddialar do\u011fru de\u011fil\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kurum\u2019un a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmayan, aksine \u00e7arp\u0131tan bir a\u00e7\u0131klama.<\/p>\n<p>Plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m oranlar\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Son yay\u0131nlanan bir rapora g\u00f6re d\u00fcnya genelinde plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 9&#8217;u geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebiliyor. \u00dclkemizdeki plastik \u00e7\u00f6plerinin ne kadar\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme tabi tutuldu\u011fu belirsiz olsa da Adana\u2019da ya\u015fananlara bak\u0131nca b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun ciddi bir \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130thal edilen plastik \u00e7\u00f6plerinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 yar\u0131s\u0131 Adana\u2019ya geliyor. Adana\u2019daki \u00e7e\u015fitli yerle\u015fim noktalar\u0131na plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fig\u00fczel bo\u015falt\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, bo\u015falt\u0131lan at\u0131klar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131kta yak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mikroplastik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu ve Greenpeace T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan uzun zamand\u0131r dile getiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Adana\u2019da plastik \u00e7\u00f6p bo\u015falt\u0131m ve yak\u0131m alanlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan toprak ve su \u00f6rneklerinde insan ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in son derece zararl\u0131 \u00e7ok say\u0131da toksik madde kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi sorunun ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren kan\u0131tlardan biri.<\/p>\n<p>Greenpeace, Nisan 2021\u2019deki saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu \u0130ngiltere ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) \u00fclkelerinden ithal edilen plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n Adana\u2019da yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak \u00e7evreye d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve a\u00e7\u0131kta yak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmesinin ard\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7\u00f6p d\u00f6k\u00fcm sahalar\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma neticesinde \u201cAt\u0131k Oyunlar\u0131 \/ Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcms\u00fcz Hayatlar\u201d raporunu haz\u0131rlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Greenpeace taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00e7\u00f6p alanlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan toprak ve su \u00f6rneklerinde dioksin ve furanlar, poliklorlu bifeniller (PCB&#8217;ler), a\u011f\u0131r metaller ve polisiklik aromatik hidrokarbonlar (PAHs) gibi kanserojen, mutajen ve teratojen etkili ve toksik etkisini uzun y\u0131llar boyunca koruyan kimyasal maddeler tespit edildi. Tespit edilen toksik kimyasallar\u0131n miktar\u0131 ola\u011fan \u00e7evre ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklere k\u0131yasla binlerce kat daha y\u00fcksek. Tespit edilen toksik maddeler bilimsel literat\u00fcrde kal\u0131c\u0131 organik kirletici olarak niteleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu toksik maddelerin zaman i\u00e7inde ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 kesindir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstelik \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum\u2019un yalan-yanl\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00e7\u00f6p ithalat\u0131n\u0131n hala devam etti\u011fi, olas\u0131 insan ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararlar\u0131n\u0131n uzun y\u0131llar boyunca ciddi bir sorun olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 da bir ger\u00e7ek.<\/p>\n<p>Adana \u00fclkemizin en \u00f6nemli tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim merkezlerinden biri. Son birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r y\u00fczbinlerce ton plastik \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7evreye sa\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yak\u0131lmas\u0131 toprak ve su varl\u0131klar\u0131nda etkisi nesiller boyu s\u00fcrecek bir toksik madde kirlili\u011fine yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. Kirli b\u00f6lgelerde \u00fcretilen g\u0131da maddelerinde ve su kaynaklar\u0131ndaki etkilenmenin boyutlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak i\u00e7ilen sularda toksik maddelerin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemeldir. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fclke genelinde t\u00fcketiliyor olmas\u0131 kirlilik sorunundan etkilenen ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu toksik kirlilik en \u00e7ok da \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 etkileyecek. Etkilenme ya\u015f k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fck\u00e7e daha da olumsuz olacak. \u00c7ocuklarda n\u00f6rolojik ve hormonal sistemin olumsuz etkilenmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak do\u011fumsal anomaliler, \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 kanserlerinin g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f, bili\u015fsel (d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, \u00f6\u011frenme, muhakeme etme, problem \u00e7\u00f6zme gibi) yeteneklerde gerileme, obezite, diyabet, dikkat eksikli\u011fi ve hiperaktivite sendromu, otizm spektrum bozuklu\u011fu gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Toksik kirlili\u011fin sadece \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 de\u011fil yeti\u015fkinleri de etkileyece\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ek elbette. Ancak \u00e7ocuklar toksik maddelerin olumsuz etkilerine yeti\u015fkinlere k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha fazla hassast\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Olas\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n bu toksik maddelere \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck miktarlarda maruz kalma sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini de belirtmeliyim. Mevcut bilimsel bilgi birikimi, insanlarda uzun s\u00fcreye yay\u0131lan, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck miktardaki kal\u0131c\u0131 organik kirleticilere maruz kalman\u0131n \u00f6zellikle anne karn\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar, yeni do\u011fanlar ve \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k riskleri do\u011furdu\u011funa i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bebek ve \u00e7ocuklarda dokular ve organ sistemleri h\u0131zl\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve farkl\u0131la\u015fma s\u00fcrecindedir ve bu durum onlar\u0131 toksik kimyasallar\u0131n olumsuz etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 daha hassas ve savunmas\u0131z k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme d\u00f6nemlerinde s\u0131ras\u0131nda bu kimyasallara maruz kalmalar\u0131 sonucu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kacak sa\u011fl\u0131k zararlar\u0131 hemen g\u00f6zlenmeyebilir ve hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n sonraki safhalar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/p>\n<p>TU\u0130K 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 n\u00fcfus istatistiklerine g\u00f6re Adana\u2019da 2 milyon 263 bin ki\u015fi ya\u015f\u0131yor. Bu n\u00fcfusun 716 bini 0-18 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda.
