Toplant\u0131da kimya m\u00fchendislerinin i\u015fsizli\u011finin nedenleri \u00fczerine konu\u015fmalar yap\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fulan i\u015fsizlik nedenleri; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan \u2018Veteriner Hizmetleri, Bitki Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, G\u0131da ve Yem Kanunu\u2019 ile sorumlu m\u00fcd\u00fcr\/y\u00f6neticilik yap\u0131lan g\u0131da i\u015fletmelerinden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan firmalarda teknik eleman \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma zorunlulu\u011fu kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok kimya m\u00fchendisi i\u015fsiz kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kanun bir\u00e7ok m\u00fchendisi i\u015fsiz b\u0131rak\u0131rken, g\u0131da i\u015fletmelerindeki denetimsizlikten dolay\u0131 halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da tehlikeye at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1954 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren, 6269 say\u0131l\u0131 Kimyagerlik ve Kimya M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun uygulanmas\u0131 halen sa\u011flanamamaktad\u0131r. Kamuda kimya m\u00fchendisi istihdam\u0131 yeteri kadar sa\u011flanamamakta bu nedenle kamudaki denetimsizlik devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu verilerine g\u00f6re y\u00fcksekokul ve \u00fcniversite a\u00e7\u0131lma oran\u0131 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda %21.67 iken 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda %44.27 olmu\u015f, 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda 22 olan Kimya M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 37\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda mezun olan yakla\u015f\u0131k 1400 Kimya m\u00fchendisi varken 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu say\u0131 2896\u2019ya y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.
