Bu oran kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerde y\u00fczde 47,1\u2019e, 35 ya\u015f alt\u0131ndaki m\u00fchendislerde y\u00fczde 48,3\u2019e kadar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan in\u015faat m\u00fchendislerinde kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 20. \u0130MO&#8217;nun raporuna g\u00f6re;
