M\u00fchendisler bildiri yay\u0131mlayarak t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131na birlikte m\u00fccadele etme \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7 Grubu&#8217;na ait Ford Otosan\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendisler, \u015firket b\u00fcnyesindeki i\u015fyerlerinde uygulanan \u00fccret zamm\u0131 politikas\u0131na itiraz etti. \u00dcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirme, finans, sat\u0131\u015f, \u00fcretim vb. birimlerde yer alan m\u00fchendisler, beyaz yakal\u0131lar, kendilerini toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131larak enflasyonun ve i\u015fyerindeki toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde belirlenen oran\u0131n \u00e7ok alt\u0131nda bir zam oran\u0131 belirlenmesine tepki g\u00f6sterdi. <\/p>\n<p>Bildiri yay\u0131mlayan m\u00fchendisler, hen\u00fcz resmi olarak \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanmasa da ald\u0131klar\u0131 duyumlara g\u00f6re y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131n, performans notlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte %37-42 aras\u0131nda belirlendi\u011fini, bu oran\u0131n enflasyon \u015fartlar\u0131nda kiralar\u0131, ya\u015famsal ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktan uzak oldu\u011funu, insanca ya\u015fayacak bir \u00fccret istediklerini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmay\u0131 kabul etmiyoruz&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendisler, i\u015fyerlerinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131 ve i\u015fverenin anla\u015farak m\u00fchendisleri, beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131 T\u0130S kapsam\u0131ndan muaf tuttu\u011funu; Ford Otosan y\u00f6netiminin m\u00fchendislerin taleplerini dinlemekten ka\u00e7\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. <\/p>\n<p>Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye dahil olan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin m\u00fccadele ederek, direnerek hakettikleri zamm\u0131 ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, T\u00fcrk Metal Sendikas\u0131 ve i\u015fverenin ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (MESS) imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nde (T\u0130S) 6 ayl\u0131k % 105.1, y\u0131ll\u0131k %157lik \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten m\u00fchendisler kendi meslekta\u015flar\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yaparak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 gibi birlikte hareket etmeleri gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendisler a\u00e7\u0131klamada &#8220;\u00d6ncelikli olarak &#8220;hep beraber&#8221; hareket edebilmek i\u00e7in bulundu\u011fumuz her ortamda bu konuyu konu\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z, eme\u011fimizin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in i\u015fverenimizle pazarl\u0131k yapma hakk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l kullanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bu sebeple \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fveren \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131yla \u00e7at\u0131\u015f\u0131r hale geldi\u011fi ko\u015fullarda, haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 savunabilmek i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 \u201cs\u0131n\u0131f arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n\u201d yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ortak hareket etmeye, bir arada m\u00fccadeleye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ford Otosan&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Merhabalar,<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 5000 ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu Ford Otosan \u015firketinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendisleriz. Meram\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 anlatabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k olan\u0131 \u00f6zetlememiz gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 2300 m\u00fchendisin ve toplamda 20.000\u2019e yak\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firketimizde iki ayr\u0131 maa\u015f belirleme politikas\u0131 var. \u0130lki i\u015fveren sendikas\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (MESS) ve metal i\u015f koluna ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sendikas\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla (T\u00fcrk Metal) elde etti\u011fi Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (T\u0130S) ile uzla\u015fma sa\u011flanmas\u0131. \u0130kincisi ise \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirmeden finansa, sat\u0131\u015ftan \u00fcretimin her kademesine kadar t\u00fcm departmanlarda yer alan m\u00fchendis ve beyaz yaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00fccretlerinin Ko\u00e7 Holding ve Ford Otosan genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan bildirilmesi. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, sendika ve i\u015fveren \u00e7ok uzun s\u00fcre \u00f6nce anla\u015farak ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 T\u0130S kapsam\u0131ndan muaf tutarak, ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n, m\u00fchendislerin elindeki tek resmi anla\u015fma arac\u0131n\u0131 da elinden alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bildi\u011finiz gibi ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131nda MESS %35\u2019lik bir zam \u00f6nermi\u015f ve i\u015f\u00e7ilerin direnmesiyle ve grev kart\u0131n\u0131 elinde tutmas\u0131yla birlikte 6 ayl\u0131k % 105.1, y\u0131ll\u0131k %157lik \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Her ne kadar i\u015f\u00e7ilerin talebi daha y\u00fcksek olsa da anla\u015fmaya var\u0131ld\u0131 ve Ford Otosan\u2019da da dahil olmak \u00fczere T\u0130S\u2019e dahil olan metal i\u015f kolunun sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ileri 1 mart 2024 itibariyle hak ettikleri \u00fccreti, 36037 TL ve 51578 TL aras\u0131nda alacaklar. M\u00fccadelelerini selaml\u0131yoruz! <\/p>\n<p>Peki T\u0130S\u2019e dahil olmayan i\u015f\u00e7iler, yani, m\u00fchendisler, ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ne olacak? <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ekonomik durum ve maa\u015flar nedeniyle memnuniyetsizli\u011fi g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne artan bizlere haziran ay\u0131nda ara \u00fccret d\u00fczenlemesi olarak %35 art\u0131\u015f verilmi\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki her i\u015f\u00e7i gibi, \u00f6zellikle mesle\u011fe yeni ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f (0-5 y\u0131ll\u0131k) m\u00fchendisler artan enflasyon, t\u0131rmanan kira ve ya\u015fam giderleri nedeniyle g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e daha zor ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. <\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnlerde bize tebli\u011f edilece\u011fini duydu\u011fumuz \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 miktar\u0131, performans notlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte %37-42 aras\u0131nda kalarak verdi\u011fimiz eme\u011fin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmayacak \u015fekilde, ayl\u0131k ortalama maa\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 38.000- 50.000 TL aras\u0131nda belirlemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>2023 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda 4 ki\u015filik bir ailenin ortalama yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 47bin tl olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015fken, bu rakamlarla 2024&#8217;te ya\u015faman\u0131n ne kadar imkans\u0131z hale geldi\u011fi a\u015fikar. Ayr\u0131ca son 7 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye ihracat \u015fampiyonu olan bir \u015firkette \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan &#8220;nadide, se\u00e7ilmi\u015f&#8221; m\u00fchendisler olarak; \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015firketi son 3 y\u0131ld\u0131r Ford Romanya fabrikas\u0131nda bilfiil ba\u015far\u0131yla temsil eden ve Ford&#8217;un Avrupa ve Amerika fabrikalar\u0131ndaki projelerde y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00f6z sahibi olan bizlerin haketti\u011finin bu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortada. <\/p>\n<p>Bu sebeplerle bu art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131na itiraz\u0131m\u0131z var! Oranlar\u0131 tebli\u011f edecek olan ilk ve orta kademe y\u00f6neticilik g\u00f6revindeki i\u015f\u00e7i arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu oranlar\u0131n tebli\u011fini yapmamaya, tebli\u011f edilse bile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu tebli\u011fi onaylamamaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen \u015fekilde s\u00fcrecin en \u00f6nemli payda\u015f\u0131 olan bizleri karar s\u00fcrecine katmadan, \u015feffaf olmayan yollarla, karl\u0131l\u0131k odakl\u0131 yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeleri kabul etmiyoruz.
