Hakl\u0131 bir sebebe dayanmayan keyfi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar i\u015fverenlerin k\u00e2r marj\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir amaca hizmet etmezken, emek\u00e7ilerin kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f haklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik neoliberal sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n da bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Kanunla teminat alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan haklar, kanunsuzca gasp edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye`nin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan haks\u0131z ve keyfi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma haberleri yay\u0131lmakta; emek\u00e7iler i\u015flerini ve haklar\u0131n\u0131 geri kazanabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7etin m\u00fccadeleler vermektedirler. Yarg\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131nan i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma davalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kazan\u0131mlar\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen i\u015fverenler keyfi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalara devam etmekle kalmamakta, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tazminat haklar\u0131n\u0131 da ellerinden almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Y\u00f6netiminde \u0130\u015ften \u00c7\u0131kartma Stratejileri&#8221; konusunun i\u015flenece\u011fi bu panelin amac\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan haklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik pervas\u0131z sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6ylesine bir d\u00f6nemde d\u00fczenlenmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, tan\u0131t\u0131m ve duyuru metinlerinde yer alan ifadelerden de kolayl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. G\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir ki emek\u00e7ileri haks\u0131z fesihlerle kap\u0131ya koyup i\u015fsizlik ve yoksullu\u011fa iten i\u015fverenler bununla da yetinmemekte, bunun kendisine getirece\u011fi yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden de s\u0131yr\u0131lmak istemektedirler. \u0130\u015fg\u00fczar bir &#8220;e\u011fitim&#8221; firmas\u0131 da i\u015fverenlerin bu konudaki bilgi eksikli\u011fini fark edip kollar\u0131 s\u0131vam\u0131\u015f, kanuni y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden ka\u00e7\u0131narak nas\u0131l i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar yap\u0131labilece\u011fini \u00f6\u011fretmeye heves etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Durumun trajedisini art\u0131ran ve emek\u00e7ilere y\u00f6nelik bu sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 daha da kabul edilemez k\u0131lan bir nokta ise, panelin kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan Aral\u0131k 2012`de a\u00e7\u0131klanan Hanehalk\u0131 \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u0130statistikleri`ne g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye`de i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 %10`un, gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 %19`un, kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam oran\u0131 ise %37`nin \u00fczerindedir. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye`nin her k\u00f6\u015fesinden i\u015f cinayeti haberleri artarak gelmeye devam etmekte, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011finden ve sosyal g\u00fcvenceden yoksun \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 yitirmektedirler. \u00c7ocuk i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc oran\u0131 artarken, \u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7i cinayetlerinin say\u0131s\u0131 da artmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e vah\u015file\u015fti\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi devletin resmi istatistikleriyle de ortaya konan T\u00fcrkiye`nin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, mevcut sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fi gibi, i\u015fverenleri haks\u0131z i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar konusunda e\u011fitmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ndermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB Ankara \u0130KK olarak, d\u00fczenlenece\u011fi duyurulan &#8220;\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Y\u00f6netiminde \u0130\u015ften \u00c7\u0131kartma Stratejileri&#8221; konulu paneli, d\u00fczenleyicilerini ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 protesto ediyoruz.
