Hepsini besleyen bir can damar\u0131, hepsini koruyan bir kucakt\u0131r. Suyu da, vadisi de, da\u011f\u0131 da, ad\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131klar\u0131 Munzur Baba gibi kutsald\u0131r Dersimlilerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n<p>Munzur Suyu ve Vadisi, m\u00fcstesna bir g\u00fczelli\u011fe ve zenginli\u011fe sahiptir. Sadece Dersim ve T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de\u011fil, d\u00fcnya ve insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in de bir de\u011ferdir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 bitti, baz\u0131lar\u0131 in\u015faat halinde, bir\u00e7o\u011fu da proje a\u015famas\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fta Karadeniz olmak \u00fczere \u00fclkenin ba\u015fka yerlerine de musallat olan bu belan\u0131n ne gibi y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131na dair \u00e7ok \u015fey yaz\u0131ld\u0131, s\u00f6ylendi. Fakat h\u00fck\u00fcmet, HES ve baraj \u0131srar\u0131ndan kolay vazge\u00e7ecek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Lakin insanlar da, do\u011fal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerin talan\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen bu projelere direnmekten vazge\u00e7meye hi\u00e7 niyetli de\u011filler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u0131k\u0131m projeleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dersim, bu direni\u015fin de \u00f6rnek kentlerinden biri. \u00c7e\u015fitli yerel olu\u015fumlar, farkl\u0131 boyutlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve de\u011fi\u015fik d\u00fczlemlerde m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyorlar. \u0130lk yaz\u0131da belirtmi\u015ftim, bu y\u0131lki Munzur Do\u011fa ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr festivali i\u00e7in de, direnme kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tan bir \u015fiar se\u00e7ilmi\u015f: Dersim\u2019de k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekolojik k\u0131r\u0131ma Hay\u0131r, diren Dersim!<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131k\u0131m projelerine tepkinin nedenleri derinlerde yat\u0131yor. K\u00e2r ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc h\u0131rs\u0131ndan kaynaklanan bu pervas\u0131z m\u00fcdahale, sadece \u00e7evrenin de\u011fil; k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, inanc\u0131n, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ve gelece\u011fin tahribi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Esasen Dersim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde bunlar\u0131 birbirinden ayr\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil. Her bir HES, baraj projesi, do\u011frudan ya\u015fam \u015fekline ve de\u011ferlerine bir sald\u0131r\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>HES ve baraj projelerinin bir sonucu da, binlerce insan\u0131n yeniden topraklar\u0131ndan kopar\u0131lmas\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Baraj g\u00f6lleri alan\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6y bo\u015falt\u0131lacak, insanlar yeniden s\u00fcrg\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kacak.<br \/>K\u0131sacas\u0131, Dersim\u2019i Dersim yapan b\u00fct\u00fcn de\u011ferler; inan\u00e7, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, \u00e7evre, toprak y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n hedefindedir. Buran\u0131n alabal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok me\u015fhur oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor, \u0131smarl\u0131yoruz. Sonradan \u00f6\u011freniyorum, Munzur Alas\u0131 denirmi\u015f y\u00f6reye \u00f6zg\u00fc bu bal\u0131\u011fa, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kanatlar\u0131 varm\u0131\u015f. \u201cMunzur\u201d ve \u201ck\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri ayn\u0131 anda telaffuz edilince, elimde de\u011fil, 1938\u2019i hat\u0131rl\u0131yorum. O g\u00fcnlerin ya\u015fayan tan\u0131klar\u0131, vah\u015feti anlat\u0131rlarken, s\u0131k s\u0131k \u201cMunzur suyu kan akt\u0131\u201d derler. Munzur Alas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kanatlar\u0131ndaki k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bununla bir ilgisi yoktur. Ben yine de bir daha Munzur\u2019da alabal\u0131k yememeye karar verdim. Bir g\u00fczellik olarak kals\u0131n, bir de simgesel bir tan\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ge\u00e7ici rahatlama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir taziyeye kat\u0131lmak \u00fczere, ertesi g\u00fcn Cemevi\u2019ne gidiyorum. Munzur\u2019un k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda say\u0131l\u0131r Cemevi, ama biraz y\u00fcksekte. Son zamanlarda ad\u0131 bas\u0131nda da s\u0131k\u00e7a yer alan Gola \u00c7eto Park\u0131 hemen a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da. Park\u0131n i\u00e7inde, uzak k\u00f6\u015fede Aleviler i\u00e7in kutsal olan bir ziyaret var. Park da zaten bu yeri koruma alt\u0131na almak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Fakat Uzun\u00e7ay\u0131r Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, park i\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Tabii ziyaretin de y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek bu durumda. \u00c7ok tepki gelmi\u015f bu karara, hakl\u0131 olarak. Bunun \u00fczerine, Orman ve Su \u0130\u015fleri Bakan\u0131, y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurmu\u015f. Festival\u2019in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da bu zaten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Talep ve irade beyan\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son g\u00fcn, kent merkezindeki Seyit R\u0131za Park\u0131\u2019ndan Gola \u00c7eto\u2019ya bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f d\u00fczenlendi. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn parolas\u0131, Munzur \u00f6zg\u00fcr akacak.
