Ba\u015fta i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi olmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas almayan bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n kabul edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle sendikala\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engelleri kald\u0131rma y\u00f6nelimi olmayan hi\u00e7bir \u00e7aban\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin lehine olmas\u0131 beklenemez.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En belirgin g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma bi\u00e7imi olan ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat\u0131 dikkate almayan, a\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015fler i\u00e7in patronlara ciddi yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar getirmeyen bu yasayla ne yaz\u0131k ki i\u015f kazalar\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 azalmayacak, her y\u0131l i\u015f kazalar\u0131nda kaybetti\u011fimiz i\u015f\u00e7i karde\u015flerimiz y\u00fcre\u011fimizi yakmaya devam edecektir.
