Kaza sonucu haz\u0131rlanan bilirki\u015fi raporunda, i\u015fyerinde gaz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f\u00e7ilere maske verilmedi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mu\u011fla&#8217;n\u0131n Milas il\u00e7esi G\u00fcll\u00fck beldesinde 18 Haziran g\u00fcn\u00fc AKFEN adl\u0131 in\u015faat \u015firketinde at\u0131k su ve kanalizasyon temizleme i\u015fi yapan 7 i\u015f\u00e7i i\u015f kazas\u0131 sonucu ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine haz\u0131rlanan bilirki\u015fi raporunda, makineli temizleme sisteminin d\u00f6rt y\u0131ld\u0131r bozuk oldu\u011fu ve tamir edilmedi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sistemin bozuk olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler kuyuya inerek temizleme i\u015flemi yap\u0131yordu. \u0130\u015fyerinde kuyu i\u00e7erisinde gaz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yapan alet bulunmazken, i\u015f\u00e7ilere gaz maskesi de verilmemi\u015fti.
