Panelde \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131ndan, i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fine kadar bir\u00e7ok konu hakk\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Kocaeli Temsilcili\u011fi \u201cM\u00fchendislerin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Hayat\u0131ndaki Sorunlar ve Riskler\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 panel-forum d\u00fczenledi. Panele konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak Prof. Dr. Aziz Konukman, Av. Sunumda m\u00fchendislerin T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisindeki yerinin de\u011fi\u015fiminden, TMMOB\u2019ye yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n temelinden bahsedildi. M\u00fchendislerin yedek i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc ordusu durumuna geldi\u011fi, T\u00dcIK\u2019te i\u015fsizlik istatistiklerinin ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dile getirildi. M\u00fchendislerin \u00e7o\u011funlukla m\u00fchendislik yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edildi. Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendislerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n daha zor oldu\u011fu \u00f6rneklerle aktar\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0 Prof. Dr Aziz Konukman konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 TMMOB\u2019nin art\u0131k somut politikalar \u00fcretmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayarak sonland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Av. Fatma Arda Bicaz ise TMMOB ile SGK aras\u0131nda imzalanan asgari \u00fccret protokol\u00fcn\u00fcn ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131ndan, i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinden, hak gasplar\u0131ndan, fazla mesaiden, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131ndan bahsetti. M\u00fchendislerin sorumluluklar\u0131ndan bahseden Bilir, bir i\u015f kazas\u0131 sonucu hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Harita M\u00fchendisi G\u00fclseren Yurtta\u015f\u2019tan bahsetti. Sendikas\u0131ndan meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctlerine birlikteliklerin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.
