Kamu sorumlular\u0131ndan hesap sorulamad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>23 Ekim 2011\u2019deki Van depreminin ard\u0131ndan, hasar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f binalardan biri olan Bayram Otel&#8217;de, 9 Kas\u0131m&#8217;da meydana gelen ikinci deprem sonras\u0131 onlarca yurtta\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Otel sahibi Tevfik Bayram deprem sonras\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lan dava boyunca tutuklu yarg\u0131land\u0131. Bug\u00fcn (7 Ekim) Van 2. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi&#8217;ndeki duru\u015fmada, otel sahibi Bayram ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedenlerin yak\u0131nlar\u0131 haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fc\u015fteki avukatlar\u0131ndan Murat Kemal G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n birden \u00e7ok ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebebiyet verdi\u011fini, bu nedenle \u00fcst limitten cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7li taksir h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti. Mahkeme, otel sahibi Tevfik Bayram&#8217;a 11 y\u0131l 3 ay 10 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 ve 3 y\u0131l otel i\u015fletmecili\u011finden men cezas\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Duru\u015fma sonras\u0131 aileler ad\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan avukat Murat Kemal G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, cezay\u0131 az bulduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in temyiz edeceklerini ve Bayram&#8217;a \u00fcst limitten ceza verilmesini istediklerini s\u00f6yledi. Onlarca ki\u015finin kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konaklama tesisine hasarl\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen g\u00f6z yuman kamu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda dava dahi a\u00e7\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa Bayram Otel&#8217;in, valili\u011fin resmi internet sitesinde \u201c40 y\u0131ll\u0131k otel 1 milyon dolar harcanarak yeniden onar\u0131ld\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 haberle yenilendi\u011fi duyrulmu\u015ftu.
