Gazetelere, \u201cIBM T\u00fcrk \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 Olarak Kamuoyuna Duyuru!\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bir ilan veren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar y\u00f6netimin sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyi engelledi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131lar. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSendikala\u015fma ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yapma hakk\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Bu hakk\u0131n engellenmesi insan haklar\u0131 ihlali oldu\u011fu gibi Avrupa Birli\u011fi Yasalar\u0131na ve IBM taraf\u0131ndan imza alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f uluslar aras\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere de ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d Denilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada IBM\u2019nin en yetkili ki\u015fisi Sam Palimisano\u2019ya bu haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa son vermesi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuldu. <\/p>\n<p>IBM T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ad\u0131na Tez Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Genel Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan gazetelere verilen ilanda \u015funlar s\u00f6ylendi: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIBM T\u00fcrkiye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi ve g\u00fcvenli i\u015f ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli olan sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hakk\u0131n\u0131n, IBM T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan engellendi\u011fini kamuoyuna \u00fcz\u00fclerek duyuruyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Sendikala\u015fma ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yapma hakk\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.
